Everyone is very friendly, I had to bring my young daughter with me to my appointment & no one minded which is always a worry for me.The doctor was very very polite & extremely thorough. I got a year of contacts & with that order was given a free pair of sunglasses that are really cute! The staff even helped me pick between a few pairs.Definitely will be back.

I came in with my infant daughter while it was pouring rain and asked if they could place new lenses into a favorite set of frames I had already purchased elsewhere. I was told it was no problem and gave my insurance information to be processed. Apparently, because my frames were missing ONE nose piece on the right side they were not able to place new lenses into the frames and also told me it was impossible for them to fix/add a new nose piece. They offered to sell me new frames which I declined because I obviously brought my own in for a reason. Come to find out, Amazon sells several replacement nose pieces for $5 so I went ahead and purchased some and fixed my “permanently damaged” frames myself and took my business elsewhere for lenses. I find it hard to believe that this office has no tools or supplies to fix such a simple issue. Staff seemed unconcerned and politely held the door open for me on my way out in the rain with my baby.

Have gone the last few years have always received great service. My work benefits have worked well here and they have a higher than average selection of nice designer frames. Highly recommend over the competition!

I have only had wonderful experiences with Spex/ now My Eye Dr. Dr Burns is very thorough, kind and knowledgeable. The staff is amazing ! They stand behind their products and make things right until your happy. I’ve been going here for 3 years and can highly recommend!

This wasn’t a great experiment, very stressful. The place is fine and the workers are fine, but the doctor is a different story. He began my visit with a lecture on vitamins (? Ok...?) and then gave a spiel about eyes. I couldn’t figure out what he was saying between his mumbling and confusing terms and neither could my mom. The last straw for me was when he was talking to me and tilting my head back without even acknowledging that my mom was asking him questions about the drops. Overall he just wasn’t very gracious and I’m not going back.

They recently merged with “Spex” from downtown Geneva. I can tell you that I have been visiting the Spex/My Eye Doc in Geneva for a few years now with Dr Burns and her staff and they have delivered exceptional service and glasses/contacts every time. I recently had my whole family in for appointments at their new location in Batavia and I can tell you that nothing has changed. Dr Burns takes her time and listens to any concerns with patience and guidance and her staff are kind and very helpful with appointments and eye wear decisions. I highly recommend this business for all your eye care needs.

Just called today first time. My insurance is accepted, and I just need to purchase glasses. The receptionist wanted me to make an exam appt., but wanted nothing to do with coverage inquiry, just kept throwing a ball in my court. Lazy.
