Do not have any medical issues on the weekend even though we as humans cant control it because they will charge you extra just to see you and not tell you.

I see one the nurse practitioners here, and I’ve had more than one great experience! Her M.A. is super sweet as well as she. I recommend this place! They’re super quick as well, not much of a waiting time

Dr. Phen always takes time with me to talk about any concerns Im having. He gets to know his patients and actually remembers things youve told him previously. I have never had to wait long for my appointment.

First my GP is Dr Sweeny, hes awesome. I had an appointment with a different Watson Clinic doctor in same complex last week. The last couple days I had been suffering with an earache and thought I would check to see if Sweeny could see me since I was already there and live 45 minutes away. The receptionist told me his schedule was full and was running behind, which I kinda figured would be the case, but just thought I would check, she then said, well let me call his nurse see if they can work you in. Receptionist states a patient is here with an ear ache, could they work me in. Nurse asked what is the name, receptionist states my name, and without any pause was promptly told NO, cant do it.So.. what difference does it matter what my name is, if it had been someone else would the answer have been different? They know I am caretaker to my mother, that has been a patient for 30 years and it is difficult for me to even get away for an appointment for myself.Just felt a little discriminatory to me. Not the first time I have had the feeling there.

This is some of the worst service personnel I have ever seen. My health insurance has given me 3 different names of Doctors to work with in my community. I think I am going to listen to my Insurance carrier on this one.

Receptionist lacks customer service skills. You have to wait at least hour to be seen by the doctor. They need to research and learn time management.

Im a patient of over 3 years there. When I became unemployed and had to change healthcare companies, fees and prescriptions were substantially higher, I discussed this with dr. Phen and his nurse who gave me 2 suggestions. 1st contact the company directly to see if they can help with the cost to which novo said they cannot. 2nd call your insurance company and if they sell an alternative thats acceptable he will change it. I did that and went from paying $800 to $400+ then the dr said I need to talk to you before I change this... ok. Talk. No, you need to come in... well im trying to save money on a prescription so i dont have the funds to talk to you again, i just saw you a month ago. If you want to talk, then call me for free or schedule an appt for free. I have a High deductible policy this isnt $30 co pay this is HUNDREDS of dollars to just talk to you. So the money im trying to save by changing prescriptions youre now going to have me pay to see you? So again im faced with unable to pay for my medication bc again Ill be paying out around $800 to see you and possibly get a prescription that I must have to live just so you can get paid to see me. Glad to see you understand your Hippocratic oath to do no harm, which youre doing by not prescribing the cheaper medication, not calling to discuss anything bc then you wont get paid only having your combative nurse call and try to over talk me and leaving me to do without life and organ saving medication bc of your greed. Absolutely disgusted, disheartened and extremely angry at your lack of helpfulness at each turn.

Doctors are excellent, its the receptionists that are worthless and they are the reason for this low rating... unfriendly, slow as molasses and they make you feel as if you are stupid, complained about them before to customer service, but nothing has changed.

Worst experience ever staff doesn’t let you know prior to appointment what documents you will need to bring and then asks you make another appointment so they can get more insurance money this place is a joke and I highly urge anyone to avoid this place
