I had a number of procedures done here and I dont have any complaints. The wait time is almost non-existent. I get called back almost as soon as I sign in. I like how they explain everything to me before getting started and make sure Im comfortable the whole time. Dr. Fenton is awesome! I would recommend this dentist to anyone in the area.

This visit was well-worth the 30 minute commute (even just for X-rays and evaluation). Whitney did a wonderful job with X-rays, and Gabby was a very thorough hygienist. Dr Fenton was reassuring, kind, and really walked me through exactly what I needed done and why. The front desk office manager, Lori, was also extremely helpful and gave me a proper financial breakdown to explore financial options. I think I’ve officially found the best dentistry practice!

Dental Associates of Florida was referred to me by another dentist who was retired. I must say I was extremely impressed and happy with the service, the office and every part of my visit. I had gum recession and a deep cleaning was recommended by Dr. Fenton. Today Amber cleansed my teeth and was I happy. I also dealt with Lori & Erica on their office staff who were very professional.

Amber helped me understand about my gums. While Dr. Fenton is a true professional and answered all my questions. At first it seemed like a normal appt. then the Doctor walks in never acknowledged me or even a Hello... had been waiting for 30-40 minutes past appt time, She spoke with the Tech only during the 15 min. exam then left NEVER SAYING A WORD TO ME !!..WTH!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

Roughly 2 years ago I went in for an emergency and they fit me right in. I have had several visits since and have been impressed with the whole office atmosphere. Erica and Whitney at the front desk are always friendly and professional.Dr. Fenton is very detail oriented and makes sure you are comfortable and in no pain during the procedures. Elizabeth the hygienists is very thorough in her inspections (I have not had a cleaning done yet due to the work I am having done first) office manager Lori is sure to help with your financial needs if you need to finance the work you’re having done. Jessica “dental assistant” and Dr. Fenton seem to have a good working relationship and work hand and hand very well. I would highly recommend anyone I know to have work done at this office.

So unfortunately I let my teeth go the past two years and hated my dentist before! Then I use dental Associates Florida Florida in Bartow I absolutely hated going to the dentist before but now I don’t mind. All the girls there are great. Keren my dental assistant was amazing she was great at her job and also great with people! She made me feel so comfortable!!! Thank you for making going to the dentist not such a dreadful experience! We chose Dental Associates of Florida because they except our insurance. They have exceeded our expectations and the staff is very friendly. They listen to you if they are performing a procedure and you tell them you are experiencing pain. Not like other dentist who will keep on working to get you out of there. I personally have not had a bad visit yet and would recommend them.

The folks over at Dental Associate of Florida in Bartow are great. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and a crown. They explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I understood their process. I have a heart condition, and when I went in for my procedure, my blood pressure was a little high. They wouldnt do anything until it normalized. One of their DAs, Keren Reyes, was great. She sat and carried a conversation with me which helped ease my nerves. She initially did my temporary crown as well and did an awesome job. One of my concerns was how painful the procedures would be, but theyll numb you right up and I felt nothing! lol. Definitely recommend them if youre looking for a great dentists office.

The Doctor, hygienist, and all associates are all friendly and talented. We are having an issue getting our insurance rates applied to our billing. Seems to be some sort of disconnect.

I would not recommend this dental association after my experience. I believe they charge for unnecessary procedures. I was told I had gingivitis and needed a deep cleaning which would have cost me $350 and the insurance $150 and would require three dental appointments. I did have a crown done here but I was in the chair for 2 1/2 hours for the crown prep and 1 1/2 hours for the permanent crown to be put on. I switched to another dental office and they confirmed I did not have gingivitis and did not need a deep cleaning.

I walked in with unbearable pain that caused me not to get any sleep for the past two nights and walked out feeling like a new person. My moth feels great, the staff was excellent and I loved seeing the receptionist want to be involved with the doctors to help out. Dentist missed 2 full blown fractures on x-ray. Tried to push me to an endontist to have a root canal checked out when I was in excruciating pain. When I sought to have said tooth pulled Fenton told me that since I deal with bruxism I would be in dentures by 50 if I went ahead with extraction. Terrible bedside manner this go around. Office staff was nice but definitely wont be returning to Dr. Fenton.

Dr. Merrill did a fantastic job with my emergency bonding on my front tooth after the porcelain veneer I had done 3 years prior cracked into 3 pieces while eating a sub. This was on a Friday and being my front tooth it was an emergency for me. The office took me right away and the staff was accommodating and kind. I have made the decision to switch dentists and become a new patient since seeing my old dentist for a follow up. I believe Dental Associates of Bartow will take better care of me!

At first, everything was great. Last minute appointment on a Friday for extraction. Tuesday night after I was in the Emergency Room, pain and swelling was unbearable. Called dentist next day, who ever answered the phone said you have antibiotics. Call back if you need to. And of course a week later the swelling came back, Dr. Fenton said because of periodontal disease and smoking it will take longer to heal. After not getting any better, went to a new dentist, Dr. Ferry. He is awesome and was able to get me into see an oral surgeon to see why I still had swelling after a month.The infection went into my jawbone. So, thanks for nothing Dr. Fenton. I certainly hope your other patients get better care.

I had an tooth that needed to be looked at asap and they got me in that same day without a fuss and removed it for me at a reasonable cost. I plan on going back to hopefully prevent from having to have more removed in this fashion . Cindy was very reassuring and knowledgeable.
