Dr. Nuth and staff are excellent.Dr. Nuth is meticulous in her explanations and has a lovely bedside manner. I highly recommend this location.

My insurance covers 1 annual physical with routine labs 100% and has never been a problem until this year. My visit was coded incorrectly and when I called billing, Donna, the billing rep started yelling at me after my first sentence. Kept telling me people need to understand that they need to pay their portion of labs. She wouldnt even listen to me, kept cutting me off and insisting it was correct. Im a nurse practitioner and I know quite a bit about coding and billing. I even confirmed with my insurance rep that the routine labs code was missing when my visit was submitted. Totally unprofessional lady and needs to find a different job!!! I used to refer patients here, not anymore!

I’ve been a patient at this office for over 10 years, if you’re able to get ahold of someone (that seems to be the tricky part though), the care provided is good, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. They have insanely long call wait times I’ve waited on hold for over an hour to talk to a nurse/PA (even pre-COVID). The wait times to get RX refills can take a week or more. The response times are generally outrageous. I don’t recommend this office if you need anything done timely.

It doesnt take two weeks to get lab results. When a patient calls three times a day, one would think you are out your mind. I wish my original MD never sold his practice to DMG.

Every doctor my husband has seen has been great. They listen to their patients. The officce staff is knowledgeable and very polite.

Doctor LALIN NUTH is by far the BEST female doctor Ive met. She is very ethical and respectful.

They are part of my family they all makes me know that my health is important to them. They really listen to what I have to say. To me they are the best I truly thank GOD for for each and every one of them.

I had been seeing Dr. Zator for years, he was a good doctor my issue is not with the doctor it’s with Dupage medical. I’d completed an e-visit which gave me the option to select my dr for review which I did, I got a response from a doctor I had never seen the information he gave was complete wrong, he also closed the e-visit so I could not respond. I called the customer advocate line and advised I was very unhappy with the service and that I had request my dr to review and advise the dr gave me miss info and closed the visit so I could not respond, the glady I spoke with credit my credit card back for the visit, 2 weeks later I get a bill in the mail for the same visit so I sent an email though my chart to billing dept to find out why. Well ladies (Christy j and Suzanne) that responded where rude I got different response and the run around. So I paid the bill the money was not the issue the customer service was it’s all about the money not the patient. I also advised I would not return, not only did they not care I was give bad info from a doctor that never bothered to look at my records but the $35.00 was more important than my health. I would not recommended DGM to anyone.

The reception staff is very rude. They don’t greet you or look you in the eye. I’ve been here several times and things never change. It’s a shame because the doctors are wonderful but the reception staff is completely awful. They are your first touch point in the office and have a very easy time ignoring your presence.

Dr Brian Zator has changed my life, he cares, he listens, I hope nothing but the best for him.May 30th, 2021 update. I just wanted to give a current update of this facility. And to this day, I just want to say how AMAZING this place is. Thank you Dr Brian for being my PCP, I appreciate every thing you do for me. To every one here who’s trying to find a new PCP or just needs a really good doctor, Dr Brian Zator has changed my life. I promise you, you won’t ever find a doctor as good as he is.

Nice staff but be prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour to see the doctor even when you have an appointment. Because no one elses time is important except the doctors office.

I have always had a great experience at this office in Bartlett. I see Dr Brian Zator, he is very attentive,and really listens! God bless Dr Zator.

After I moved, I now drive a half hr to continue seeing the doctors here, and over an hour for most specialists. It is absolutely worth it. Its so difficult to find a good, knowledgeable primary care doctor with a really good bedside manner, and everyone on their staff is superb. I usually see Drs Rondeau, Zator, and Nuth, but always still have a great experience if I have to see one of the other doctors (well, as great as possible when youre sick!). The doctors at the specialty offices are just as great. I think theres only 2 doctors/specialists Ive seen in over 10 years that I would not want to go see again.

My wife is 20 weeks pregnant and we just relocated here. She had talked to this for 20 to 30 minutes to set an appointment for today and give necessary information to be transferred. She went into the office this morning and the receptionist was beyond rude, said my 20 week pregnant wife wasnt on her list so she didnt have an appointment, plus the doctor isnt in today. My wife obviously upset, asked if she could set another appointment at that time and she said NO, SHE WOULD HAVE TO GO HOME AND CALL TO SET ANOTHER APPOINTMENT!! Do whatever you can to stay away from this office. They make mistakes and then put the consequence on the patient.

Good people doing a tough job.
