I have been to see Ken at Rehab Etc before and it was my first choice for therapy when I recently had a small accident. They are kind, quick and yet very thorough. The new facility is clean, spacious and convenient to head to work after my appointment.

Blake is an awesome Physical therapist! Blake is very personable and you can tell he really cares about his patients. When you make strides he gets excited right along with you and that it makes me feel really good about myself. Blake takes his time with you and answers all of your questions and always ask how you feel. I have been to other physical therapist and the physical therapist never even comes into the room you only see the physical therapy assistants, this is definitely not the case with Blake and the staff! You’re not just put on a machine and expected to know what to do, Blake is right there with you, does not rush you and pays great attention to you! Blakes physical therapy assistants are also excellent, they also care about how you were feeling. The front and staff is super friendly and always willing to help you with any questions you have. They are great at working with you to get your appointment times that you would like. I cannot say enough great things! I could go on all day about how perfect I am treated! I appreciate letting me give my feedback.

Experience is always Good. Kathleen is very concerned & caring when helping to correct whatever problem I have had. I had rotator cuff surgery & she successfully worked with until my shoulder & arm were better so I could use them again like I should. Kathleen had lots of patience in helping me each time I came in. It took a number of visits to get the shoulder corrected. After that I had a pinched nerve & that now has been corrected. Kathleen is always prompt. I have never waited over 5 minutes to be seen. I would definitely recommend Rehab Etc for any Physical Therapy you might need.

Nice to find a place where they legitimately care about the patient and take time to get the symptoms and concerns from the PATIENT, to coincide with the doctor’s notes. They are 110% into getting their patients to the best possible results. Very uncommon in today’s world.

Rehab Etc. is my first choice for Physical Therapy! It is the second time I have needed PT and I am very pleased with how professional and thorough they are!

I had a very drastic full frontal fall @ a local convenience store. Im still recovering. I broke my left hand 5th finger. I had surgery. My arm was in a cast for one month. I also injured my knees. Its very hard to drive my car. Its an older vehicle . I live by myself & its very difficult to do things. Rehad Etc has helped me a lot, but I still need 5 more weeks of therapy. Anyway, through all this pandemic going on, they have been there 2 help me recover.

I have been going to Rehab Etc. for physical therapy for a few weeks now and its been great! The staff there is super nice and very helpful especially Mrs. Trotts my therapist. She answers all my questions, listens to me thoroughly about my issues and takes the appropriate actions right away . What Iike most of all about her she is very personable and that is something you hardly find now a days at just places, its normally just get them in get them out , whos next!? But not there:)

I have never been to any business that has the high standards for customer service as Rehab Etc., Inc. I will say Ken is my favorite only because he is the only one that has been able to perform my procedure but everyone there is welcoming.

Dr. Connor is wondeful. She is knowledgeable and personable. Has me feeling better already.

GREAT staff and techniques. They are very efficient, on time, and know the latest and greatest techniques to help with your recovery. Son had ankle surgery and received treatment there. Daughter has quad and hamstring pain and receives treatment there. I have terrible headaches and neck/shoulder pain and receive treatment there. We all would HIGHLY recommend them!

I’ve been a patient at Rehab Etc., as needed, for 11 years. Ken and his awesome staff have saved me from sciatic nerve pain and helped get me back on my feet after fracturing my ankle. When something hurts, they are the first place I think of to go. He helped me regain my mobility and get moving again. Highly recommend

Kathleen Goldberg is amazing and has helped me more than any other specialist I have seen. After about 5 MRI’s, numerous xrays and CT scans, she was able to diagnose my issue and started a plan immediately after 3 exhausting months of not knowing what was wrong. I cannot thank her enough! Her team is always so upbeat when I walk in the door and you can tell they make it fun for their patients. I would highly recommend Kathleen and Rehab Etc. to anyone and everybody!

Dr Connor Trott quickly diagnosed my condition and helped me graduate from the pool to the gym. I came as a chronic pain patient with intense muscle knots and was having difficulty walking. Her approach to dry needling was more gentle and yet very affective in releasing my muscle knots in my shoulders and legs. While there is some brief moments of pain the relief is far worth the experience. She is very informed and interested in helping her patients. Beware of REHAB Etc. Bartlett office. Electro therapy that was not disclosed why or what the charges would be was performed. It is our opinion that the procedure was unnecessary and simply to increase the charges. After trying unsuccessfully resolve or even discount, the relatively small charge and fees were turned over to a collection agency. I believe this is a shady and unprofessional approach that takes advantage of people who are trusting of medical professionals.The visit resolved nothing and resulted in months of pain for my wife. I would recommend seeking another Physical Therapy clinic.

The staff of this outpatient rehab facility are friendly and encouraging while helping the client carry out a competently planned, goal oriented treatment plan. Each client is supervised and supported individually by staff during the appointment session. The staff see a variety of clients ranging from injuried athletes to post stroke recovery, managing goals of balance training (important for fall prevention) and pain relief.I have been pleased with the care, attention and support I have received by all of the staff. The site is a little difficult to see, slightly recessed from traffic on a busy street but once you find it, you wont want to go anywhere else!

Wonderful service. I have had therapy at other places and I felt Dr. Goldberg was very knowledgeable. I love all the techniques she implemented to help me heal. Would highly recommend.

If you need rehab, this is the place to go. After a fall, they worked with me to obtain full range of motion. I could not be more pleased.

Different from other Rehab/Physical Therapy. Rehab Etc has massage, Dry Needling, Cold Laser, Traction, Heat & Stem & Ultrasound therapy. The staff are knowledgeable, attentive and kind. I highly recommend this location
