The staff is very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable. Theyre also very knowledgeable and informative.

They are very friendly and fast. Becky took me back almost as soon as I got there. She was very nice and professional and explained everything they were going to do well. I highly recommend you use them.

The entire office staff including the Dr are SUPER sweet and very helpful!! Very personable and down to earth. The office was cozy and gave a very welcoming vibe. If you’re looking for a good Dr for you and your family, then this is the place!

The office staff is amazing and is doing a great job during the pandemic. We are very pleased with the services we received and will continue to go back. They were very considerate of our situation and called as soon as they had a cancellation.

I have been going here for years and have called to make appointments numerous times since last year. They are always booked for months so I wanted to buy a pair of contacts to get me to my appointment a whole month later and they said no because it’s been over a year. Look at the year we’ve been through with covid. Not to mention I was pregnant before and after the time my prescription expired (January 2020) I had my daughters early, April 2020 due to complications and I also got covid towards the end of the year. There should be exceptions being that people have to see. The receptionist didn’t even care. Poor customer service.

I love the service,My kids were able to pick out frames and they had so many to choose from unlike our previous optometrist office.. both exams went pretty quickly we wasn’t there all afternoon!!!However frames did take a little longer than expected to come back but overall I am happy

I hadnt had an eye exam in nine years so I was surprised how much the exam had changed. The doctor answered all my questions and she put my fears at ease. I had a very pleasant experience and the staff was friendly. So happy I went to Mid South Vision Center!

Today was my first visit. The ladies at the desk greeted me with smiles. I started to choose glasses frames while waiting to see the optometrist. They were so helpful and friendly. The manager Melissa was very knowledgeable and was a great help. The optometrist Dr Thompson was awesome. I highly recommend this place and I am very picky.

Great staff & great experience

I always have a problem when I come here. Horrible customer service, rude doctor, always messing up my lenses on my glasses. This didn’t happen once but three times. I only come here because of my insurance but surely I’ve had enough and will look into finding a new eye doctor to go too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE WHATSOEVER!!!!!

The office and staff are amazing. The doctor preformed a very thorough exam & the girls at the front desk helped me pick a very nice pair of glasses. I will continue to go here for my yearly exam and glasses!!!

Me & my husband went in hoping to purchase a frame for his glasses because his broke. Walked in & explained what we needed & was simply told find a pair of frames on the wall. That was it. We stood there the entire time, no assistance from any of the 4 to 5 ladies working there. No ever said another word to us as if we werent there. Walked all around us. We left & will never return again.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Awful customer service. They lie and do not back up the garbage they feed you. Was told the very expensive contacts I was being fit for could be written as medically necessary so my insurance would cover them. After they weren’t covered was told I would have to come back in and pay another fee to be refit for new ones. Will not be going back or ever recommending them to anyone.

The staff was so nice and helpful, great choice for my 4 year olds first ever eye appointment. We will definitely be returning for yearly exams from now on.

Extremely hard to find, so much so that after being lost for 20 minutes and calling for help I was informed that my appointment was cancelled as I was 20 minutes late
