It was very easy to book and we didn’t have to wait long to get Covid tested.

Keeping in mind that we are yet in the middle of a world pandemic, Urgent Care was great. Check-in was convenient, quick and easy. Front desk customer service was great. The FNPs (Jennifer Miller) bedside manner was awesome. She explains thoroughly and well and allowed for as many questions that we may have had. The ONLY reason for a 4 is because of the slight wait time even with an appointment. That is to be expected with the state of our world right now.

Ive been twice for myself, and twice for my kids. 4 for 4 so far. Great service and very friendly.

First visit went very well. Several people ahead of us but we were seen in a timely manner.Reception area was efficient,and each staff member was professional and caring.I was from another state and still I was treated very well.The entire staff was multitasking very well in spite of the patient volume.

Service was excellent! Very very clean facility. Truly showed they cared about their patients. Dr. Miller was also excellent. Will definitely use Urgent Team for my PCP. Would highly recommend Urgent Team to family and friends.

Definitely would recommend. 4 out of 5 stars is for wait time. I walked in as soon as the doors opened, but still had a wait time of well over an hour. I would recommend scheduling online if possible.

So thankful for Urgent Team. We needed a Covid-19 test, but all other places I tried were booked. Their walk-in option allowed us to get the test and results the same day. Check-in was done online; we just waited for the phone call for our turn. The staff was efficient and very kind. I would highly recommend Urgent Team.

Services were has quick as could be expected. I went the previous day and was told there was a 5 hour wait for walk-in patients. I made an appointment for the following day. So Urgent care might not be appropriate if you need emergency diagnosis.

The team did their very best to get everyone seen in a timely manner while ensuring the safety of others. Dr. Jennifer Miller had a very caring spirit while I was in her care. I did not feel rushed.

Made an appointment online it was super easy. When I arrived I checked in using the online link. The lady at the front desk was nice and polite. My nurse was extremely nice and helpful. I was in and out within 30 mins (only needed a rapid covid test). Definitely recommend.

The staff from the front desk to the clinical staff were absolutely pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

Super clean, friendly staff, professional, came in earlier in the morning ,a Monday morning at that, and everyone was happy and smiling!COVID testing and result were a breeze! They walked me through the entire process… I went as a walk in so I had to wait a bit before being seen but it was all worth it!!

My visit at Urgent Team Walk-in was a pleasant one, everyone there was very very nice and very professional. It couldnt have been any better. They were very organized and the facility was very nice and clean.

I made an appointment online and it was very easy and straightforward. The wait time was minimal with the appointment. I was glad to see they had priority over walk ins. Although, the walk ins were treated with the same respect and kindness.

The lady at the front was very unprofessional and REFUSED to service me! I had an outstanding balance; but my insurance covered it and I told her that and she refused to accept me because I was not gonna pay for something insurance already covered. She was very sharp tongued towards me; she did give the billing department’s number so they told me not to worry about it but that does not excuse the fact the the lady at the front was snaep tongued and disrespectful towards me.

Everyone I encountered was very nice and polite. Fast service too. The fact that it was almost closing time didn’t affect how they treated me. Got my covid test back the next day. Highly recommend!

The wait time was long, but that is expected. The service was excellent and the ladies were wonderful. I was able to ask as many questions as I needed. They never once complained.

I know we are in a pandemic. My 21 yr old child was very ill with covid symptoms but 3 previous negative tests. Because she felt horrible I wanted to go in with her and advocate for her, and she wanted me too. They would not allow me to do so. We waited in separate cars for 3 and a half hours to be seen. She ended up having Pneumonia, not Covid, and had a fever of 104 when we got home. If you go here, and have a child of legal age, just know they will not let you in.

Jennifer and the team at the Walk-in Urgent Care were exceptional and demonstrated great professionalism. I was very impressed by how they listened and asked pertinent questions in order to provided great care that met my needs. I recommend this location to anyone!

I was here from out of state and was very pleased with the entire process of getting an appointment and the facility as well. The entire staff was welcoming and kind and the NP who rendered treatment was excellent. I would highly recommend this team at the Bartlett TN location to anyone who lives local or is visiting from out of the area.

They were very professional and kind. We came in and was seen in a decent amount of time. I mentioned what I thought was going on with my son and she agreed so they did a test and we were right. They were just very clean and I am glad we found this place!

The staff was very professional and care provided was exceptional. Nurse explained tests that were being performed and why. Doctor explained everything once test results were available.

Horrible reception staff. Was told to come anytime before 745 and when I got better after driving for a half hour I was told they are not taking anyone else. What’s the point of an urgent care who don’t see sick people?

DO NOT COME HERE! This people do not care about your well-being they’re just money driven. Took my daughter here and the Np literally said well there’s nothing i can do in regards to my child’s cold. Like your fat tale can’t order antibiotics?

Comment: My experience at this facility was great, the staff is great. I was treated like a member on my first visit. I made an appointment online but, it was a lengthy wait once I arrived. The friendly and caring staff made the wait completely worthwhile.

I was able to walk-in and be treated for the issue I was having. Registration and sign in was simple and they took my insurance ( disability) I did have to pay a co-pay being my insurance was out of network but no worries was able to make arrangements. Staff was very knowledgeable , comforting and addressed my issues at hand and made sure there wasnt anything else I needed care for. Total time of my visit was a little longer that I expected , but was well worth it !!! Hospital ER would have been 3× longer.Thank Urgent Team

Very professional, easy in/out process, very clear instructions over the telephone, and physician’s bed-side manners were outstanding as well as her assistant. I would come back if needed.

We waited in line for several hours for Covid tests, and they still served us 90 minutes after they were supposed to have closed. Once it was our turn, the entire staff was kind, apologetic, efficient, and understanding.

Went in as a walk in. Was a long wait, but, they told me when I got there how long wait would be.They were all very friendly and helpful.

My daughter ripped her nail and the acrylic on her left middle finger. The doctor that saw her was trying to say her nail was still intact and not ripped from its nailbed. My daughter requested her brother to come in as she didnt want to be alone. After prying the nail with a popsicle stick and hemostats she was able to see the nail indeed had been ripped. After retrieving scissors she was able to cut the nail the rest of the way off. She did not wash the bloodied nailbed and just put some antibacterial ointment on the nailbed, slapped a band-aid on the finger and sent her on her way. She was very unprofessional, both in the way she treated my daughter and the way she handled the injury.

If you’re not white do not come here. They treat their black patients as if we are bothersome and uneducated. The np with the purple hair was rude and did not offer an extension of help at all. She was rushing us as if she had somewhere to be. She was unaware that my family members are actually in the medical field therefore we were going back n forth bc she thought she could get over . We came to the office for a solution and still left with the same problem

The wait was long… so long. But this doctor, y’all. She was so understanding and calming, non judgmental. I’ll be back.

Excellent care given to me. This will be my go to urgent medical facility.

The staff is very friendly and thorough. The front desk employee was very nice and explained the procedure very accurately. I waited a little longer than my appointment was scheduled for but that did not bother me since they were so nice and apologetic. The nurse who administered my test was very gentle and very informative. For an experience that is uncomfortable they made it very pleasant and I will go back in the future if I need to be tested again.

My first impression as I walked in was that its very clean. The check in process was quick and easy. The young lady was very professional and throughly knowledgeable. The wait time was very short before I was called back. Both the nurse and doctor were ver nice and professional. She informed me about what she was going to do before she did it yo prepare me gor the pain I was going to endure. And yes, it was painful but I knew she had to push and pull on my knee to evacuate it. She was so nice and tried to be gentle but my knee is really swollen so I knew it would hurt. These ladies made my painful experience no so nervous. Thank you for great care.

Today was the second time going to this place and I really like them. I will not go anywhere else. The place is super clean and the staff are so helpful and nice. They really listen to you and hear you out. The website to schedule appointments is very simple and they are very quick to get to you. I really love this place.

Only place I have ever been seen as a patient as well as my children being patients with a 20 minute wait time and that was the max time waited for all 3 appointments together. Extremely courteous and proficient! Cannot rave enough!

Most urgent cares I’ve been too and not nearly this clean and the workers are usually unhappy but it’s a Friday night and everyone was courteous and quick. Highly recommend.

We were skeptical about going there because usually at these little clinics they are just rude and not very knowledgeable... in my opinion. This place has phenomenal staff! Everyone ones so sweet. Our 16 year old daughter has Covid and they were so kind. Explained everything in detail and took their time. We didn’t feel rushed and we didn’t have to wait long at all.Thank you all for your help💙

Very nice staff. Clean office. Doctor gave you step by step instructions and asked did you have any questions.

They were very helpful and patience with my grandkids and they made them laugh so they didnt think about being tested

Service moved a little slowly considering I was the only person there when I arrived, but I was in and out within an hour, staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the nurse gave good care and took time to answer any questions. They also practice good COVID safety measures, including medical grade air filters throughout the lobby and patient rooms.

I wish I could give 1 million stars!! The staff was friendly and the doctors were amazing! They really took the time to try and figure out why I was ill. Best experience ever!

The physician on staff did wonderful with my 21 month old son. Every staff member we encountered was patient, genuinely caring, and helpful.

The triage nurse and nurse practitioner working at the Bartlett, TN location are both absolute gems. They are patient and kind. They give excellent direction and education. They direct their patients towards knowledge and hope while showing empathy. What a pair of brave an excellent healthcare providers!

Dr Miller is very efficient and very nice!

For this office to take my blood pressure and a nurse (not even a real doc) to tell me to go straight to the ER after I told her that I felt slightly dizzy and chest discomfort, I was billed $489.74. I’ll let you be the judge: ethical or down right scam. Will never recommend anyone to this office. I will go straight to the ER if I ever experienced these symptoms. Lesson learned.

SHES AMAZINGToday is June 26th 2021 my son went to this clinic today and he seen nurse practitioner I finally got her name nurse Miller she is amazing me and my son have a primary care physician but they office was closed and this is the only office the only Clinic that I would recommend if you feeling bad Nurse Miller is going to take extremely good care of you...

The place is super clean and the staff are friendly. I booked an appt. and filled out paperwork online, checked in 15 mins prior to the appt and was seen almost immediately. They do have X-Ray available here and they even have a humidifier in the exam rooms! I highly recommend this place for your urgent care needs.

This is our second visit for urgent care for one of my children. Each time we’ve come the staff has been very kind and reassuring, the facility clean, and the wait time minimal. They are always my first choice for urgent care visits.

Both nurse Jessica and Nurse practitioner Jennifer were awesome. Been dealing with foot issues for over a month and they were able to relieve my pain. Definitely recommend this place.

Do not come here! The Nurse practitioners here are rude and think they are higher than everyone else. They do not care about their patients well being they just care about the bill. They get paid regardless if they help you or not .
