Dr. Hardy is one of best because she care about her patients. I know for years I had experienced a lot of pain and weakness all over my entire body for a very long time. So I went to numerous of doctors for answers and got nothing. I knew that something wasn’t right with the way my body was feeling. So I kept searching for answers and scheduled appointment with Dr.Hardy. She took time to ask questions about my health history and took labs and on my second visit I got diagnosis. I was so relieved that finally I got answers. The Hardy House clinic make you feel like family every visit. I consider Dr. Hardy to the best I’ve seen. I’m honored to be one of her patients because she help me get my life back on track.

I love going to Dr Hardy. Shes very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough. She listens to your concerns and answers any questions. The office is always clean when Im there. The only thing I see that could be her down fall is her husband, Mr. Hardy. He calls himself trying to be nice over the phone while being rude. Apparently he doesnt know that tones and expressions in your voice comes through the phone. Staying professional at all times is key; on and off the phone.

I’ve been going here from the very beginning. I’ve had a great experience every time I went here. No matter what I needed help with they have always helped me get what I need. The people that work here cares about their patients. That is why my family and I will continue to come here.

The staff is very nice. The whole staff. They actually remember you they are so helpful. The doctor is great. I love the fact they are open on Saturday.

PULLS OUT ALL THE TRICKS SHE HAS AND THEN CONSULTS 4 MORE IF SHE HASNT SOLVED THE HEALTH ISSUE TO HER SATISFACTION. I HAVE NEVER BEEN AS COMFORTABLE WITH ANY DOCTOR AS I AM WITH DR. HARDY. I found this practice through Dove Dentistry and the today I visited and was very impressed with the care and the cleanliness and the thoroughness of the examinations that I receive. Dr. Hardy and staff did more exams blood work on me than Ive ever had did EKG machine . An assurance that my blood pressure will be taken care of and I appreciate that very much. In the moment I got there the receptionist was kind and thorough and willing to help with my Cigna insurance. And all this was done within an hour arrive their, and on a departure from Hardy house. The great atmosphere and Christian love for me I felt. So if he in the Bartlett area get by there they will take care of you and I think that this is going to be my primary care physician from now on. The tech did a outstanding job as well. She was knowledgeable, proficient andkind thoughtful.

Dr. Hardy is such a GREAT DOCTOR and I am not saying that just because I work at Hardy House. I see how she takes time and really cares about her patients. Thats something you dont always see. She makes you feel at home. We try to provide our best care to every patient that comes to the hardy house. Mr. Hardy is also an awesome person, he makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in through that door. I really recommend everyone to check out Hardy House!!!! LOVE WORKING HERE . Dr. Hardy is a great doctor. She really listens to you. She has really helped me. I was having heart palpitations prior to seeing her. Now keep in mind I brought those concerns to my cardiologist prior to Dr.Hardy. My cardiologist ran blood test and a very expensive test on me, but found nothing. However, I scheduled an appointment with Dr.Hardy and she, wonderful doctor, found the issue and corrected the problem. I no longer experience palpitations. I feel better with Dr.Hardy. If you are considering changing doctors, make a hard consideration to visit Dr.Hardy. She has a great staff.

Came for a visit as a new patient. I don’t usually write reviews but the service was that EXCELLENT! The guy at the front desk was very welcoming and courteous. You don’t find receptionists as welcoming or excited as him nowadays. Anyways, I loved my visit with Dr. Hardy! She did thorough patient teaching and asked the necessary questions to find the root of the problem and we figured out exactly what was wrong and a solution. She made me feel very comfortable. Finally found a PCP I can see myself staying with long term. Will schedule a visit for my son as well. Would definitely recommend. Oh yeah, and the wait was not long. The place was very clean and great smelling too.

Hardy house is spectacular and they care not only for our health but our budgets as well. I am always treated with a smile when I come see them. Dr. Hardy is awesome! She took her time explaining my condition and how she will treat me. While i was in the examining room she made me feel like I was her only patient. She is great!

I love dr hardy and Mr.Hardy , but the new other workers I don’t feel right there . It doesn’t feel like we’re made as family anymore . Tried calling and the student was not trying too talk to had me on hold for 10 mins for no reason just too tell me what she already told me ! My mom went and didn’t get the same experience that she first did she didnt feel the personal 101 with them like she did with the others ! We love Hardy house , Dr Hardy and Mr Hardy but the students need more personality too them

I truly felt welcomed when i came through those doors. im use to going to little clinics, christ communities and the ER where im just yet another patient waiting and waiting for a turn. At the hardy house i felt like a priority, they were so happy i stopped in ! I formed a bond with doctor hardy on the first visit. She is so smart and genuine. Ive finally found a primary care home for my whole family. I encourage everyone to simply stop by the next time you have a cough and you will be wanting to leave a review as well. lol
