Our mom and our family feel like this is the next best place to home, not only because of the home-like atmosphere but also because of the community of residents and the level of care she receives. We sleep at night knowing she is not in an institution but rather a facility that is most like home with new friends she has made. Once we get around COVID19 and establish a new normal, a life made of new memories awaits our mom and family. This place a gift to our mom and her girls.

Helping my friend find placement for her Mother, I ran into the marketing lady named Jan and she was SO friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about all avenues of senior care as well! Definitely impressed! This place is in our top 3! Have a great selection of activities for her to choose from! We want her more involved with other people- so we are glad to see they have fun!

My grandpa is currently living at Artis Memory care and I cannot say enough good things about all of their staff members or the facility. During COVID, they have taken every precaution there is and follow it very seriously. While doing so, they also make sure that their community members are still being taken care of without reservations and that they are socializing (socially distanced of course) as well as partaking in activities. My family receives updates often about my grandfather and no one is ever too busy to talk to any of us about how he’s doing when we call randomly and are always willing to get us on the phone with my grandpa right away as well set up zoom calls in a timely manner so that we can see him. He had a rough few nights when he first got there, but everyone reassured my family that they were making sure that he was feeling okay before they ever left his room and always make sure to spend time with him. This staff is attentive and as caring as you could hope for a memory care staff to be and then some. They help set his room up and decorated it for our family as we weren’t able to ourselves due to COVID and they all welcomed him in the front when he first moved in (even the maintenance man who made a personal connection with my grandpa about the days when he use to build things himself, which showed they got to know him before he even arrived). I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this memory care or their staff!

From the moment we arrived for our first visit, Mom was treated like a VIP Shawna and staff met us at the drive and ushered us in for a tour. Within a few minutes Mom was holding court with the staff in the activity center. The layout is open and encourages independence with safety. The yard is huge and beautiful. But mostly I’m impressed with the level of love and care for the residents that the staff embody. They truly adore them and share stories and experiences. This is truly wonderful.

The staff is awsome , made the transition smoth as possible. Shawna is awsome, very sweet always has a smile. The rooms are very nice and great food. The overall cost is very reasonable for dedicated memory center. Highly recommend this awsome facility.
