The staff at Ignite are amazing. All the nursing staff have went above and beyond to help me get better. Staff have quickly addressed all of my needs and made me feel very comfortable. The Hospitality has been great making sure I was always taken care of and that I didnt ever need anything. I would recommend Ignite!

Ignite has been so wonderful to me during my stay. All the staff works really well together and are very caring and professional. There are so many wonderful people here it is difficult to name a single person that stood out. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable during my stay. Anything I ever asked for staff would make sure I was taken care of. All the amenities from therapy to dietary to hospitality were outstanding. The staff of Ignite completely amaze me. They went out of their way to make sure my brother had a birthday party during his stay with them. The facility is so clean, free of smells, friendly, knowledgeable, caring staff that seem to love their jobs. My brother loves the place himself. And they serve great food that he really likes. It truly is resort quality care for the patients.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ignite Adams Parc. All the staff was extremely helpful and very well trained. There is such a variety of services provided that helped me in my recovery. My Nurse Heather was amazing in contributing to my care. Therapist Tracey was very helpful and covered all aspects of my needs. The food was very good and plenty to eat. During my stay Shuvana, Marsha, Carol, Rochelle, Sarah and Amy showed us so much care it was truly heart warming. 5 Stars are not enough to express our gratitude and appreciation to the Ignite Medical Resort and the amazing staff that work hard to provide excellent patient care and a genuine caring attitude. We recently utilized this facility for several weeks for a family member to be able to get back on his feet after a orthopedic surgery. The staff, nurses and administrator Heather provided over-the-top service to him and coordinated with his own doctors and nurses, taking him to appts., obtaining his medication and helping him get a routine that was easy to understand and set him up for success once he was released from their care. They didnt just help him with the orthopedic physical therapy-they provided him an entire health care plan that allowed him to feel better than he has felt in years.Beverly and James made sure he was comfortable the entire stay and worked to coordinate his visitors during the covid quarantine process in a manner to keep him healthy as well as the other guests at the property. I realize they are patients however, they were treated as guests with the perk of medical care.I want to share a couple of examples of the above and beyond care of the nurses, tech and physical therapy department. They made sure to keep his spirits high so he could continue to get well. they noticed his sadness a couple of times and went out of their way to accommodate visits from his best friend, a very handsome 4 legged Mans best friend that helped both my brother and his canine family member who both missed each other terribly. On another occasion, even though the food was amazing at the facility-they surprised him with a take out order from one of his favorite restaurants.I can honestly say, if we are ever in the situation of needing short term care for a friend or family member, we are going to do everything possible to return to Ignite in Bartlesville, OK.

Hear ye! Hear ye! Come to the greatest VIP “Ignite” that has the best and friendliest personnel. They even have lights with music which makes everything more fun. Chris Vaughn knows how to put you at ease even when you are making mistakes. He excels in everything he does and is a good therapist. They also have VIP equipment with great results which is what a person needs.

My sister Rosa has been there since December 2020, I have never encountered a better group of people working in this field, they are professional and courteous. The person who answers the phone Beverly Parker is the most pleasant person and sets the tone and it never changes, no matter who I have spoken with, from Shana Fisher, Jenny Jenkins, Dale Towers, Amy Rice, Sarah Brown and every other person I have had the pleasure of speaking with. I am so grateful for the care they have given my sister and the peace of mind they have given me as I am 750 miles away and trying to manage her care from here and they all, every person there has made that possible.

Mom has nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff who cared for her during her stay to recover from COVID. Taylor & James, with hospitality, made every effort to assure mom was able to see and connect with her family. Mom loved everyone-Dale, the transportation driver, the nurse aids, nurses, PT & OT, food service staff all contributed to a successful recovery for her. A heartfelt thank you to all the Ignite staff who worked so hard to help her return home. She is very happy!

Everyone here is very friendly and always smiling. The food is very good and better than any other healthcare facility Ive been to. I love the CNA Trinity, she is great and Im thankful for all her help.

Ignite is an amazing facility. They have the best therapist, Nursing, hospitality, admissions and discharge team. The food from dietary is very good, Housekeeping keeps the rooms and building very clean. I had a great stay at Ignite. Kacy and Jessica were great in helping me rehabilitate. The nurses on 400 and 500 wing were great also. On wing 400 the nurses taught me how to give myself shots for my diabetes. I would recommend Ignite.

The nurses here are amazing! They all work hard and I constantly see them going back and forth down these halls to take care of other patients. When you walk into Walmart or any other store you can see employees all hanging out, talking and not working. You wont find that here! The therapist Chris gave me 100% all the time and helped me to get better so I can return home. I would highly recommend this place.

This place is wonderful! They took such great care of my mom after her surgery. Everyone was so friendly and always had smiles on their faces. She received the best therapy and is now back to doing everything she did before, including navigating her 3 story house! Housekeeping kept everything so clean and she loved talking with the girls who cleaned her room. Thank you for everything, you guys are the best!

Absolutely love this place. I fell and broke my back and went here for rehab. The therapists were great and helped me get back on my feet very quickly! I’m now home and doing great. Working outside in the yard, playing with grandkids and so much more. The facility is very clean and well maintained. All the staff were so kind and helped me with whatever I needed. This place is wonderful. If you had to be isolated, this is the place to be! I have never seen people who are so patient, kind and helpful. My daughter and son say im being spoiled here. My therapy team made everything fun and they kept inventing new ones (just teasing girls.) Ill miss all the team and the directors checking on my daily. Everyone goes above and beyond. We need more people like them. Angels on earth!

My husband spent 45 days at Adams Parc in Bartlesville after being in the hospital 25 days. They were one of the few rehab facilities that had on-staff respiratory therapists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists and they worked with him nearly every day. He said it was clean and they were so good to him. I highly recommend Adams Parc in Bartlesville.

My experience was good. Everyone was always helpful. The food wasnt always the best but then again not everyone likes the same things. The nursing care was 10/10 and the therapists were all really good. Everyone was really encouraging and pushed me in the right direction!

Well I’m not sure where to start, Except to tell you what an absolutely outstanding place Ignite medical resort in Bartlesville Oklahoma is.I have been a guest here going on four weeks now.I have been treated with absolute respect, dignity And such attentiveness By all the staff which includes all nursing ,office personnel, Housekeeping and dietary staff. I will tell you I could not move the left side of my body when I got here I am walking with the help of a walker now they have a absolutely wonderful therapy staff . I would highly recommend ignite medical resort to all who may need such wonderful care as I have received.

My sister was sent to Ignite Medical Resort Adams Parc for rehab from hospital with Covid and a massive stroke causing her to be paralyzed and unable to speak and I am so glad she was sent there as everyone I spoke to about her condition was so caring and were great about calling me on updates with any change In her condition. They are a wonderful Place and I would highly recommend them for care. My sister is still receiving treatment as she is still covid positive but is finally able to speak some and I feel hopeful she will recover with their excellent staff and caring nurses and physical therapists.them for
