I have to leave a low rating, because unfortunately, my experience was very negative. The associate (Melanie, I believe) was extremely condescending. I would have left because of her had I not actually needed to purchase things. She also talked me into buying a particular supplement that contains milk, even though I told her I am vegan. During her condescending rant, she actually called the store owner to have her talk to me because “I can tell by your face that you don’t believe me. Maybe you’ll listen to her.” The owner seemed nice, so I don’t want to bash the business itself. This particular employee will prevent me from going back though.

Billies health food is the only place that I buy my herbal/health food products. The employees are so sweet and helpful. The place has a very relaxed feel to it.

Wonderful place to shop for vitamins, supplements, homeopathic, and hard to find health and nutrition items! Knowledgeable, helpful staff that always have a cheery disposition and friendly smile! A business well worth buying from!

We shop in Billie’s fairly regular and find the staff to be very informative, helpful, and kind. The store is very well stocked. It’s a treasure of a little place to have in Bartlesville.

The staff was great but product was a waste of money. My dogs have anxiety when it comes to storms or fireworks. I was recommended cbd oil and it didnt do a thing for them. Melatonin works very well. I would not recommend this product

Very knowledgeable staff. I came in by recommendation with a list of three things and they were considerate enough to start me with one item at a time to adjust my body properly and appropriately identify which supplement is working.

Good variety of health, non GMO, organic, gluten free, and one-off products not sold in conventional grocery stores. Staff goes out of way to accommodate for products not in stock or not carried - will order with no obligation to purchase. Helpful and friendly staff. We visit store once or twice weekly. Great to have in Bartlesville.

The woman who helped me in this store was super helpful and knowledgeable of all the supplements I was asking for.

It has been the ABSOLUTE BEST health food store that I have EVER been in. The staff actually KNOW what they are talking about....They are very educated on the products they sell.....And they do not embarrass you by making you feel stupid for asking questions. They are honestly there for their customers!!!
