My husband I were both looking for sunglasses for an upcoming trip. All three of the employees were wonderful in helping us find the perfect pair!! And they were a lot of fun!! Great experience.

I stopped in because I had just recently scratched a pair of my favorite sunglasses. Unfortunately the pair that I had was not available in the store although the helpful associate get it ordered up and she said I’ll have it by early next week. I also picked up another pair similar to what I had but with a different lens color which I really like. Great experience, fast and friendly service.

I have been searching for replacement Ray-Ban’s and walked into this store. The staff was both friendly and knowledgeable and explained the different options available. I made my purchase and she even fitted them perfectly.

Loved my time at this location! The customer service was spot on. During COVID it’s really hard to wear a mask and sunglasses and see what you look like. The employees help you out so much. Found my perfect pair and had an easy return/exchange process. Forgot who helped me but it was a man with an accent who was great :) thank you!

I was at this location on 1/1/20 and I had the best experience. Elana went above and beyond to try to help me find the exact pair of sunglasses. They didnt have the exact pair that I needed in store so Elana spent good 20 minutes with me trying to find it online and in other nearby stores. Definitely recommend stopping by this store if you are in need of sunglasses. Elana will definitely take care of you. Thank you, Elana for all your help and for being so patient! :)

I received a pair of sunglasses from my wife as a gift. My wife accidentally purchased them in the small size. Tried to swap them for the standard size but they couldn’t do it. Returned them and ordered them online. You can customize and get whatever you want online without going into the store. How they were incapable of ordering the glasses in the standard size is disappointing. I didn’t expect to swap them out and get the exact sunglasses at that moment. But if they can’t order what you can get online, what’s the point?

Walked in and they were able to fix my sunglasses for free with no issue at all. Thank you!

This is hands down the worst Sunglasses Hut I have been to in the US. Staff are blatantly rude and don’t try to help in any way. Every other store I have been to is over the top with trying to help. Not the stuck up minimum wage employees in this place.We literally found a pair of sunglasses to buy and chose to walkout given how rude the employees were. This happened on 6/29 I hope you fire her

Showed up because we had a screw come out of a pair of Ray band. They fixed it right away and was in and out within 15 minutes.
