I was late about 5 minutes, and they decided to cancel my entire appointment. even after emphasizing that i cannot drive without a new prescription, and i also risked my life driving to the appointment. they did not care. very unprofessional. wonder where the old doctor went? new one is just terrible . maybe waiting 3 months for a new provider is a better choice. wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Dr. Deb is back! I got myself and four year old checked today. It went smoothly and she handled him very well for his age and enthusiasm level.

We never received our glasses despite being charged for them. We have tried many times to call but they never return our phone calls either. I’m not sure how they stay in business.

Went on May 17 and have not yet received my glasses. It’s July 8. Called three weeks ago, they said another week, no glasses yet. Am switching eye doctors next time around.

I thought they were great......in and out fast.

Excellent practice. Dr. Deb is down to earth and honest- it is a bit of a drive for my family to go here, but it is SO worth it. Highly recommend.

I found Dr. Deb to be very professional, friendly and very helpful. It was my first eye appointment, being over 40 I wasnt sure what to expect. The appointment was very informative and she scanned my eyes to Look for future disease, I learned so much. I agree the front desk person could have been more friendly, but I was there to see the doctor, not the receptionist. And Deb was extremely friendly. I highly recommend her... And she fixed my eyesight up with really cool looking glasses.

Im really disappointed with this place. They are so unorganized and I wont go here again.

Called as a first time patient, made appointment for 11:15. Week before the appointment I got a call saying I had an appointment for 12:15 but no patients get seen from 12-1 so Id have to reschedule. I took the day off work to make this appointment and I was pretty disappointed when no other time slots were offered after I had mentioned I took the day off to attend.Would have loved to start coming here, but now no longer interested. Terrible first impression.

We are switching to another eye care facility because theyre so unorganized. Its a shame because Dr. Deb is good at what she does, but calling to remind them to order my contacts twice and still not receiving them was frustrating... Just too much drama there as well.

Sorry to see the few negative reviews here. Ive had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Deb. Her practice has a small shop feel which I appreciate. If you want a glitz and glam kind of practice then drive south for a while.

I agree. Very unprofessionally run business. The atmosphere was tense and the service was horrible. I explained that I would need glasses and lenses to obtain a new job. The glasses took 10 days and they say the lenses can take another 5 weeks. I don’t understand how they are still functioning as a business. I would not recommend them at all

Didnt even go there, just called to schedule an appointment for myself as a new patient and the receptionist was soooo rude. Not a good way to start with a new patient. Ill take my business somewhere else, thank you

Deb is extremely good at correcting vision problems. Shes great with kids.
