The techs did a good job handling the electrical needs for our new generator. Due to the possibility of upcoming weather that could cause a power outage, they made every effort to complete the job as quickly as possible. They explained everything as we went along in the process. He also took time to assess some other electrical work that I mentioned we were interested in.

Conway Electrics technician performed an amazing job. I had a 50-amp generator outlet and circuit breaker installed, as well as a transfer slide mechanism. He treated the work as if it were his own home, ensuring that the installation was neat, straight, and secure. He never seemed rushed to me. The prices were also extremely reasonable. Conway Electric did an absolutely outstanding job for me. Over the life of the floor heat which was installed in our new Sun room in combination with our current kitchen. The quality of work was superior and the price was valid. They mounted three lights in my ancestral home which I couldve done myself had I not had to relocate the existing ceiling power, they took down the old track light fixtures rerouted the power hung the new units and changed my switches to dimmers. They are competent, easy to communicate with and reasonable prices.

I spoke with Conway Electric many times since Friday morning with several appointments planned for Saturday at 8am...after being promised to have a technician show up and then no communication and calls back. They use some call center and they are horrible with their communication. They should not be trusted since cannot even call me back.
