Dr Alpert was so kind and had GREAT bedside manner! He took so much time explaining my condition and my options. I’m so thankful I went to him!

My appointment with Dr. Alpert was awful. As he was performing my “exam” he was reckless and rough and I left that office feeling worse than when I walked in. At one point I shrieked during the exam which to any person that would alert pain and discomfort and instead he continued with no hesitation. In the process of reporting this incident. As patients we are seeking out help and shouldn’t leave the office in pain and cry in the parking lot. If I could have I would not even leave 1 star.*I have absolutely no interest in speaking with your office. What happened was careless and I will not put anymore time or energy towards the horrendous care at your office. I am a patient, my name does not match my email address, do not try to discredit this review by making it seem as if this review is not legitimate and I was not a patient.

Best diagnosis that I have ever had on my knee. VERY direct diagnosis. And the pain is gone. 😁

Very professional and efficient. Did not have to wait long in and felt the care I received was first-rate. Dr. Albert was friendly and most knowledgeable about my specific complaint. He ordered appropriate testing before coming to premature conclusions or diagnoses. Highly recommend!!

The Dr. was nice, the visit was fine but unfortunately it didnt really solve anything - but that is really the nature of the issue but I did rule out certain things which helped. Have to admit I was very confused with the physician assistant as I thought I was paying for medical treatment and not to be lectured about proper protocol. Felt like that was her main objective instead of my medical treatment. It felt like she wasnt listening to me and only focusing on protocol even after I have been vaccinated for well over 2 months. My unsolicited advice is to keep politics and medical separate, Im here for help not a crucifixion.

Great experience yesterday. Everyone was helpful, polite and on time. X-ray tech was fun, thorough and knowledgeable. Dr Alpert and his assistant were knowledgeable, answered my questions and explained options and treatment plan to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend this office!
