I have major dentist anxiety, but everyone at Hart makes things as comfortable as possible! They listened carefully to my concerns, and constantly adjust their approach, tools, etc to make the experience better. To top it off, they’re just really top notch at what they do - quick and as painless as it can be. Definitely go here - best I’ve ever found!

If I could give them 6 stars I would! Had the best experience at Hart Dental - the entire staff was so incredibly friendly and professional. I have always hated the dentist prior to stepping into this office, but now I look forward to my next visit after such a pleasant appointment! The staff was efficient, but also explained to me what they were doing every step of the way and ask if I had questions or concerns. And most importantly I left with clean pearly whites (after they had a decent amount of damage control to do on my teeth after getting lost to follow-up during COVID). Truly cant say enough good things about Hart Dental!!

Never thought I would use the word pleasant when describing a dental visit but after my third visit to Hart Dental, I have nothing but good remarks about this practice. Finding this practice was the result of me needing some ongoing dental treatments and looking for a more affordable dentist. It was my first time in and I must say the Dental office was one of the warmest I’ve been in from the decor to the color on the walls. I had gone in for a regular cleaning and was extremely happy with Gege the hygienist. She was really sweet and very knowledgeable. The facility was clean and new. I left with an estimate of what my filings would cost out of pocket without even asking which was so helpful. This was my first time at this practice and I had such a nice experience that I wanted to review right away. I saw Dr Aggie for a chipped tooth. I have a phobia of dentists but she put me at ease right away. Dr Aggie and her hygenist Bo were so nice and cared so much about my comfort. She asked for permission for everything and let me know what each step would be. That was the least tense Ive been at any dental practice. Thank you, Dr Aggie. Normally I do not write reviews, especially for doctors or dentists. I had an appointment over this weekend (on a Sunday)! and Dr Agi with her staff greeted me warmly, like a friend. I wanted full checkup with xrays and cleaning. I was disappointed I needed a deep cleaning but after the really sweet hygienist explained it to me, and Dr Agi explained it a different way, I understood the treatment and scheduled. I was very scared so I did my cleaning on the laughing gas.The cleaning was very comfortable. I was numb for the whole thing [and get this! I did not feel the shots!], massage chairs, hot towels at the end, music of your choice, blankets and neck pillows! It did not feel like a procedure, it felt like a spa!The girls went over what not do after very well and followed up with a text and a phone call to see if I had any questions - which helped me because I had a many questions. I have never had doctor call when I said I had a question - was very nice.Their prices are reasonable - not the cheapest, but not the expensive, and I can tell they use quality materials. They broke up the fillings I need into many appointments to help me pay for them, and completely understsdood that after covid we are not all made ofmoney.They recommended a Waterpik but did not push to sell it! even though they had in office! I found a Waterpik cheaper in Coscto and they helped me find a coupon for a rebate too. This was nice - not pushy dentist. They care about your health and want you to care about your health too. It is exactly what a dental office should be. Doing a good job, not scamming you, cares about patients and makes the dentistry very fun! We will be bringing our little grandson and our children.

Modern dentistry done right! Dr. Agnieszka & staff are fast, efficient, and accommodating especially with working with me to make my dental work affordable after I no longer had dental insurance through my employer. I stopped going to my last two dentists, one after finding out the hard way why he was called the butcher and the other for having staff that acted like they were all new there every time I walked in. You wont get either of that kind of nonsense here!

Dr. Aggie is an amazing dentist and also injector! She truly takes care for every single patient, is funny and really makes you feel comfortable. The clinic is crystal clean, there are massage chairs, and you always get some goodie after your service. Overall amazing staff and doctors! 100% recommend!!!

I had a really bad toothache and I called several dentists who couldnt see me for weeks but Dr. Aggie was able to see me in a few days. All together, I was probably in&out in under an hour - never been out of the doctors office that fast! I called Hart Dental on referral from a family member after my toddler tried to jump off the top of his stroller and landed on his front teeth. They responded to me on a Sunday and got us in on Monday morning. The entire staff was kind and gracious and professional. I was dreading this visit, picturing having to restrain my son and watch him be scared. I was so wrong! He sat in my lap, watched 10 minutes of a movie, got “his picture taken” with an X-Ray, and was quickly and gently examined. He even left with a new helicopter from Green Toys. Not to mention the office is impeccably clean. I am so grateful to Dr. Agnes and all of her staff for taking care of my son AND his nervous mother. Thank you!

Update- Still had a great experience even with the whole Coronavirus going on. I left my mask at home and walked in 5 minutes early to my appointment thinking I didnt need one since I would be taking it off during the visit. When I walked in the girls from the front counter talked to me about their policy and gave me a mask to wear while I waited in front. I wore it and looked around and realized how clean and disinfected the area was. That was a plus for me. I felt safe from being infected in there.Aside from that, Dr Aggie was really able to help me with the pain in my back teeth. She was able to schedule me in next day. After the visit, my tooth didnt hurt at all. She also has it so it looks more natural now instead of the cheap material my last dentist put it. You cant even tell it got worked on.

We have just moved to the area and finding a dentist was a toward the top of our list. Having children means we search for a welcoming and calm environment. Hart Dental went above and beyond our expectations. From the ambiance to the staff, we felt very comfortable. Dr. Aggie really truly is amazing. I do not have the greatest teeth and since Ive moved to Illinois its been tough to find a dentist work with. For me, because I am a complicated patient, I needed a Dentist who is a Dentist first and a business owner second; meaning I needed someone who would work with me to understand whats going on with my dental health over all instead of waiting 40 minutes in the chair just to get a 5 minute check up from the Dr with little to no explanation, or attention. Dr. Aggie has gone up and beyond my expectations of a dentists chair side manner. She has an extremely positive warm personality that will always put you at ease, when you are with her you have 100% of her attention, she never makes you feel rushed , or just like another patient. Her staff is just as amazing. Seriously so professional, so fun, so nice ....one time I called in so much pain and just the receptionists empathy 10 minutes before the office closed made my tooth pain lessen knowing Id be in good hands. Not to mention some of their chairs are massage chairs and they totally let you pick out and watch anything from Net Flix during root canals.Also I had a root canal at her office by another Dr (also awesome) and the procedure was so smooth I almost feel asleep during it.If you are looking for a dentist office filled with people who really care about your dental health please come here. This office is so accomdating and really really cares about their patients.Also they have gone up and beyond to make sure all their patients are safe during this time. I take covid very seriously and would not being going to the Dentist unless I had to (and I have to) so I am so glad I am able to continue my dental care (instead of suffering) in a super safe and clean place.

Great experience! The office was able to book an emergency appointment for me last minute and the staff are doing a great job protecting patients during the COVID-19 epidemic! Dr. Aggie was able to take care of my dental problem fairly quickly and made sure I was up to date on my cleanings.

What a great experience I had. The staff was extremely friendly, the atmosphere was very relaxing and clean. No one truly likes going to the dentist however, after this experience I would not mind going every week! They top off the cleaning with a warm lavender scented washcloth to clean your face. All I can say is WOW!! This place is AMAZING!! I just moved to the area and read the reviews about Dr. Aggie and decided to go here. I am so glad I did!! She is amazing!! Her personality is infectious and she put me at ease during my appointment. Her staff is also wonderful!! I was very stressed when walking in and after the appointment I was at ease and knew that I just found my new dentist!! So glad we came to Hart Dental for a second opinion. We visited our regular dentist for my sons severe tooth pain. They sent us home with the diagnosis of bruxism (teeth grinding) and no plan other than to give him tylenol, use sensodyne tooth paste and to give it a week. After 5 days, he couldnt take the pain anymore and we found Hart Dental. They were able to get us in the next day and within 30 seconds of looking at his tooth, we had a real diagnosis. Within 30 minutes of the start of the appointment, the tooth was pulled and he finally had some relief. Dr. Aggie acted quickly and with confidence all while putting my little guy at ease. The first dentist missed an abscess on the x-rays, but Dr. Aggie at Hart Dental caught it. Hart Dental just gained 4 new patients with my family.
