I was referred to Doctor Bouffard for wisdom teeth extraction. He was very professional and not only took the time to explain the procedure but also to reassure and to make me comfortable throughout the entire process. After the extraction and during the recovery, I experienced very little pain making the need for strong pain relief medication unnecessary. I would strongly recommend Doctor Bouffard for periodontic dentistry.

I needed to have a skin graft done on the bottom left side of my mouth. Dr. Bouffard was amazing to work with. I was a bit nervous since I was going to need to be awake throughout the surgery but Dr. Bouffard assured me i would be comfortable and not feel any pain. All I heard leading up to the surgery from people was how painful the procedure is an how it takes quite a while for the gums to heal.People could not have been more inaccurate. I did not have an ounce of pain or aching during or after the procedure. I took the pain medication as prescribed and within 1 week the stitches came out. The roof of my mouth had almost completely healed after 2 weeks. The graft took perfectly to my lower gums and i have not had a problem with it since.I need to have my right side done as well over the next year and will 100% be using Dr. Bouffard. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him to anyone for any type of Oral surgery!

Just had all my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Robert Bouffard at Maple Ave Family Dentistry. Amazing work!! 24 hours after the procedure there was minimal swelling, and very little discomfort, so I had no need to continue pain medication. Dr. Bouffard is extremely professional, very polite, and personable; so, Im happy to recommend him. The staff at Maple Ave Family Dentistry was just as polite, and professional. All around wonderful experience. The procedure was done Friday afternoon, and I was back at work Monday.

Dr. Bouffard extracted two of my wisdom teeth this week. I was very scared before the procedure. But he explained the procedure clearly. He did it like a magic. After the procedure, I had no pain at all. He is the expert in this field. He and his staff treated me with respect and care. I will certainly recommend his name to my friends.

Dr. Bouffard extracted my sons wisdom teeth when my son was only 13 and did such a fabulous job. He took his time to explain the procedure and put my son at great ease. Now my son needs an implant to replace a tooth lost when he was 9 and there is little anxiety since he trusts Dr. Bouffard so much. I recently had such a great experience with Dr. Bouffard. I unexpectedly needed surgery on the inside of my lip. He was kind of enough to take the time explaining exactly what happened(clogged salivary duct) and what he is needs to do in order to fix it. It was just a consultation, but he was wonderful enough to do the procedure right then too! He was efficient, professional and it didnt hurt at all. Dr. Bouffard did a great job with my grafting. He did one side at a time which allowed me to eat normally (just favoring one side of my mouth!) I was able to eat, talk and feel surprisingly normal 12 hours after the surgery. There was very little pain.Overall, I was highly impressed with the way he handled the surgery, the advice he gave for post surgery, and the final results.

I am an adult got my wisdom teeth removed and it was great I didnt swallow at all and Im very happy with the results. I was able to go the work 2 days after my surgery. Love it

I was skeptical about getting implants and worried about the pain involved, but I was amazed by the results. I had no swelling and absolutely no pain after the procedure.I can honestly say Dr. Bouffard is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, he treated me like family. I was recently on vacation from California visiting my brother in Barrington. On Friday afternoon, August 9th, I bit into something during lunch that was hard enough to cause my entire left upper incisor (crown) to break off completely at the gum line. Great way to start a 10 day vacation. My brother, sister-in-law, and wife starting calling every dentist in the area. We even went in person to two or three dental offices. No one could see me. Finally, late that afternoon, Dr. Bouffards office gave me an appointment for 8:00 AM Saturday morning. Though I was relieved to have an appointment, I privately thought that the dental office would not be able to do anything for me owing to the extent of the damage. I was preparing myself to cancel my vacation and head back to California. Upon meeting Jeannette and then Dr. Bouffard, I became encouraged. Both looked at my situation with a fully professional perspective, and they were able to get my crown cemented perfectly back in place. They also fitted me with an invisiline upper molding to provide extra support during meals. I was in and out of the office in about an hour, absolutely thrilled that I was not going to have to head back home. I was fine for the rest of my vacation. I cannot thank them enough for agreeing to see me in the first place and for what they were able to do given my circumstances. Thank you both, and thanks to the friendly staff who got my paperwork completed just as painlessly.
