Ive been seeing Anna for over 5yrs now. Shes incredibly knowledgeable, down to earth and has helped me with a myriad of different struggles Ive had throughout the years. Shes more talk therapy centered and not only listens with an open, empathetic heart, mind and ears, she helps provides insight to think about that perhaps one hasnt thought about before. Ive learned a great deal about myself through her help and insight and how to cope with struggles. I truly appreciate her so much. I have, over the past 35 or so years, sought professional advice from a number of social workers, therapists, and psychiatrists. While I very much remain a work in progress I will say that, of all those with whom Ive worked, my time with Anna has been the most efficient and productive. While an excellent listener, she has a keen analytical mind and quickly picks up on the gist of an issue. She is direct, yet is able to strike the perfect balance between being too oblique and too assertive.Therapy is, of course, a subjective experience. No one therapist is perfect for every person and situation. With that qualification, I can say, without qualification, that Anna is brilliant and compassionate.
