The front desk are always so kind and always welcome me in with a smile. The doctors are amazing too with breaking everything down to understand.

I went there recently and saw a couple of the staff there not wearing masks at all. I had to get in line after my appointment to talk to the receptionist, and near me, there was an open office door. Inside, there was an employee working at her desk. I very politely asked if I could close her door because she wasnt wearing a mask, and she told me Oh, Im good. I just stared at her and said Im not. so she put one on, and then helped me to book my next appointment. But seriously, were in a pandemic and this virus is highly contagious and airborne. If anyone should be practicing caution, it should be employees in a medical office. I also mentioned to the doctor that one of the staff wasnt wearing her mask correctly (below the nose) and he brushed it off by saying that it didnt matter. That the science showed that the mask wouldnt prevent people from getting sick. That goes against everything the Center of Disease Control recommends and I was astonished at his lack of concern.I wont be returning here.EDIT:SO I got a reply, and Im not sure how to reply to a response, so Im putting it here. How can you possibly say that youre deeply concerned? I was there for under an hour and noticed these things. Youre the owner there and Im getting the impression that youre trying to seem shocked. Surely you see whats going on there each day, you interact with staff and see whether or not theyre being safe. Im not saying that youre not concerned, but if this were genuine, youd offer to reach out to me and ask for more information. And how things are going to be different moving forwards, so youll hopefully understand why I think the response to my concern came across as disingenuous.

I am sure that Dr. Livingston might be good. But the staff seems to think it is okay to continue to allow him to make patients wait. When making appointment, they stated he tends to run 15-20 min late. Okay, fine no major issue. After an hour of waiting in the the room, with no one checking in or explaining what was the delay, he finally showed up after 68 min. No apology, no return of my copay. Will not go there ever again. If a patient shows up late(that late) or does a no show, we are charged. My time is important as well.

Except I am partially deaf so were wearing these mass is crucial and terrible for me so talking to the doctor that I saw was ridiculous so I actually dont know what is wrong with my throat I am putting nose spray into my nose and Im taking my pills as I should but I think the nose spray is hurting my nose, so at night I have to put Vaseline in my nose to put moisture into my nose to make my nose feel better but now when I go back and see this doctor he will probably tell me know who Im doing it wrong Im not supposed to do that Im supposed to dry out my nose or whatever

I met with Dr. Cundiff about years of reoccurring sinus infections. He gave me several options and I decided on surgery. It was the best thing I ever did and Dr. Cundiff was a great doctor. My son is having similar problems now and we will be taking him there as well. Highly recommend him.

I had been having constant sinus issues and allergies. Sinus infections on and off for years. I had been to the doctor and been on prescription medications. This year I decided to try something different and I went to The Ear, Nose & Throat Center. I saw Dr. Cundiff. He saw right away that my nose was enlarge an inflamed. He placed me on antibiotics to reduce the swelling and clear up the current sinus infection I had. He then suggested I have a balloon sinuplasty. This was an outpatient procedure. It didn’t hurt at all. I rested the rest of the day and the following day. Then I was up and ready to go with my regular activities. I am completely healed and can breathe so much better. Dr. Cundiff was the best.

Dr. Livingston and the entire staff at ENT CC were so supportive when I was diagnosed with a cancerous nodule on my thyroid. They walked me through the procedure. Comforted me when I needed it and were my cheerleaders following the surgery. I am very appreciative of the recommendation that I got to see Dr. Livingston!!
