I feel like Ive ensured YEARS of this pharmacy being slow. Every single time I am there, it takes twice as long as promised for prescriptions. When I call them, I wait 20+ minutes on hold. Enough is enough! I have all of my prescriptions filled here and Im transferring them across the street to Giant Eagle. They are even rude and act like you are the one who is a bother...

The laziest slowest pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. Would recommend any place else!!

The wait in line at the drive thru is ridiculous.I waited behind 1 guy for over 30 minutes.Also I called them and asked about my prescription and they said that Im going to have to drive to Canton to pick up my prescription.So I called the one that they said in Canton and they looked it up and said that this cvs pharmacy In barberton has it in stock so I called them back and said to let me talk to the pharmacist and he said that they have it in stock.I switched to giant eagle pharmacy right across the street and they are so much better and quicker than here.

Had a prescription from another state. Was out of town on an emergency & was out of meds, 800 miles from home. I drove after calling CVS they told me I could get script filled there. I got there & was told no.They wouldnt contact my hometown pharmacy or doctors office. Federal law required they fill it. Jerk pharmacist said state law said no. How stupid

Bad experience with the pharmacy cuz they give out meds to anyone that knows ppl birthday I think they need to close down

They dont even deserve a star for how disrespectful the pharmacy is and to ignore a Drs call BLOWS MY MIND!!!
