I have had a great experience with this office. The staff is super friendly and the dentist is amazing!! I am always in and out of here in a very timely manner. I greatly appreciate the early morning appointments. The only problem I see here is the phone system. I have waited anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour and a half on hold just to schedule an appointment.

Latisha needs fired. I’ve never even wrote a review, but the lady hung up the phone on me when I said I think I’ll have to look elsewhere bc they couldn’t get in for strep for at least a week. Will never even attempt to go back with how bad customer service that was.

I have nothing but praise for the dental services they offer. They are friendly and do a good job. Ive yet to experience any pain at any of my visits. They are very professional.

My nurse has been excellent, our dental technician was great, and I have always had a good experience with the ladies at the front desk, however it is impossible to get a hold of them. I was just on hold for 30 minutes, and as I reached caller #2, the call disconnected. This has happened to me multiple times, where I call and I am disconnected after being on hold for 20+ minutes. My husband and I have tried making dental appointments and we have been told that the schedule only goes out so far and they are all booked and to call back in 3 months. This has happened to us twice. If you need anything, you have to go down to the office. And I would like to at least pay my bill online because I cannot get through by phone, but that is not an option either. I love the people there, but it’s just not worth the hassle.

I havent even gone in yet, Ive just been on hold for over 40 minutes. Their answering service claims to answer in the order they come in but my number has consistently been pushed back. Probably just going to contact faithful servants instead. This clinic is not the move they cant even pick up their phones.

Impossible to get in touch. My pharmacy cant get hold of them to refill my prescriptions. I cant talk to a nurse. My visit itself is fine. Friendly and speedy, you get in and get out but communication is a major problem.

Wow!!! I had my tooth out today from Barberton Axess Point. What a amazing dentist Kristie Engler an her staff. Just awesome people. I felt safe an well in great hands. Thank you for the great service.

Providers are rude and not care about patients, the only best provider they had was Bethany Smith, ever since she left, things have not been same anymore. Extremely disappointed. The phone call wait is SUPER long, Donna from the front desk is super nice, but everyone else I have encountered, are rude.

I have been trying for a week to get a refill on my husbands blood pressure meds. I can’t get through either of their 2 phone numbers. I have gone without my inhaler for months because the dr needs to see me. I get frustrated when I do go bc anything I address gets brushed off. Because of COVID people are struggling to get by our hours have been cut so we can’t afford to take off more work. I set up for a virtual appointment a couple of months ago bc I needed an inhaler so bad. I called twice to remind them not to call my husbands phone but to please call mine and they still called his phone. I was at work clocked out for the appointment and they called the wrong number. We are finding new drs. This place is not worth all the hassle.

I hate when I have to go here. Testing takes forever and even when you call for your results nobody seems to know what they are or if they can tell you. Nobody ever seems to actually know what’s going on at this place. There is one person who works there that I actually like and knows the answers to my questions. This place is really awful otherwise though.

Whatever you do, do not call to make an appointment just go down to the office to make it. They send you through a call center.... so I waited 40 minutes to get a hold of the call center just for them to transfer me to a different location and then had to wait another hour to be accidentally hung up on. Medical/dental services I have received I havent had a problem with.

Worst place you can go for health services. Everytime i take my girlfriend there they barely do anything or dismiss the problem and dont care. If you go there with dental problems you might as well go to an amish dentist you will have better luck. They tried to tell her that upper tooth pain was cause by a lower wisdom tooth. They avoid actually fixing most anything if possible. I used to think barberton hospital was the worst but given the choice i would go there for my own health

The phone system isnt working. Every option says its not recognized as a valid entry. Changed to one star had to dial the 888 to get routed correctly calling the local number wouldnt work.

I always have a great experience here. I am always treated wonderful and my daughter as well. Wendy at the front desk is AWESOME she always has a treat for my daughter Donna is also very good to me and schedules my appointments for soonest availability. Love you Ladies! The nurses are also sweet and caring. Its all in how you treat others as well.

High praise, quality caring staff, attentive to patient needs. My primary care provider retired so I decided to try the Barberton site. I experienced their dental & medical depts. Both treated me with dignity & respect. Their patient online portal posts my lab work results. They bill my private insurance carrier & I can access my co-pay bdue online. I do not feel rushed at all when I have my appt. Overall, very satisfied! Good caring folks at AxessPointe.

They will work with you especially the pharmacy the lady who works there made sure my girlfriend got her medicine when she had no money or insurance at the time thanks for caring.

Our family members have been dental patients here for the past couple of years, but something has changed. It was fine before, but they must have taken on too many patients. When trying to schedule a follow up/next appointment while I was present, they said there were no openings and to keep calling. Then when Ive tried to call, I am unable to speak to anyone to even try to schedule an appointment. We will be changing dental providers out of necessity. This is disappointing, because the location is very convenient for us.

After waiting 30 minutes passed my appointment time I get taken back to still be back there for 30 more minutes to see the Dentist for a whole 3 minute. Telling me whats wrong and walks out. To having nothing done. Then they tell me they have no appointments open to leave my name up front, for it to only get put on a pad of paper on the mess of a desk saying they will call when they can. Let alone the girls behind the desk watching videos on their phone that have untasteful words being used.

My son needed his phone hep B shot he is 2 years old and the nurse there was very quit and seemed as she hated her job , she gave my son a shot , she lifted her arm up and than down and put the needle all the way in his leg it was disturbing and I have 3 boys one 9 and one 6 and than the 2 yr old and never saw any nurse give a shot this way , thank god my son is fine , its evening now same day , I just am not sure if she is new or did this on purpose it seemed as out of anger she had I hope she does not ever do this again or the situation is worse next time Im not sure what to think I do know I am looking for new doctor for my children now everyone els was so kind there though and it was clean and everyone very helpful just the one nurse

By far the most unprofessional unsanitary dental office I have ever been to. After our initial appointment we walk to the front desk, where we are not greeted, looked at or acknowledged in any way. Eventually were told they couldnt schedule us, they were too booked. I call three other times leaving several voicemail messages asking to schedule appointments for my son and myself. My calls were never returned. I finally reach some one on my 4th call. She makes our appointments for almost three months out. Two days before our appointment I receive two calls and two emails confirming our appointments for 8am and 9am. We show up for the appointment and we were told the dentist had called off ill. I requested to speak to a manager and a young, rude, very unprofessional lady comes out, offering no assistance or another appointment. Said all she could do was put me on a cancelation list. She addressed my frustration by looking at the other front desk associate and saying Im not going to put up with this. She then told me they attempted to contact me saying the doctor wouldnt be in, I never received a call. Did he call off ill as preciously explained or was he not coming in, as she stated they attempted to call me?Poorly run, grotesque customer service. No one Ive come in contact with at this dental office should be in the patient Healthcare profession.

Always good to me. My son had his first dental appointment here. ( Hes six)They were playful and patient and made things appear be a fun game for him. This has become my regular go to medical facility.

Have been a patient here for over 2 years, staff, nurses, and physicians are very attentive and caring. Have never had a problem with them.

My son was suppose to have an appointment here this morning, well come to find out they cancelled his appointment without calling me. Not only did i waste time and gas but he missed a half day at school! When making appointments with this group, make sure you specify that you need to see a dentist or theyll schedule you with an actual doctor, like they did with us! Rude staff and poor communication skills!

Ive been going to AxessPointe for 3 years now, and everyone who works there has been extremely kind and helpful to me, especially the front desk staff.

My mom had called twice on Thursday and never got a call back at all that is very inconsiderate and if they were closed it should have said that.. Thought it was a somewhat ok place to go to but a recording answering the phone not impressed.

Fast and efficient. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff is so professional. They do a great job .I have never had a bad visit . I dont mind going to the doctors anymore.

Very bad facility, never calls you back when there supposed to, never ever get through the nurses station always have to leave a message and then wait for ever for a call back if any. I think manager of this place should be fired along with the nursing staff. I will be looking for a new facility. This one stinks!

Office staff was rude an spoke to me in condescending manor when I was making a appointment. I now go to Barberton Family Practice instead where they treat you with respect an better health care

Terrible, nurses slow to explain a symptom fast to rush you out. Poor communication between staff and nurses.

I called from 8 to 8:19 back to back and did not get a answer at all. I switched between calling the front desk which should always be answering to the nursing station and got no answer again. I also didn’t get a answer the day before.

Worst service ever!!! The lady over the counter was very rude!! Even though Ive been there before Im considered a new patient and there wont be any openings until next year.

I feel if youre going to work in an office like setting you should be required to know how to type...this woman used each digit one at a time...most annoying thing in the world...what could have taken someone like me 10min took her 3hrs why?!?!?
