Opening evaluation sessions were fantastic. I just needed somewhere I could talk to someone. When that finished they told me I would be getting a call or message from my assigned therapist the next week. It is now two (2) months later with no contact after several emails and voice mail messages left in my part. At this point, I just wish they would have told me I wasnt the client they wanted instead of presenting like they would listen and help.

Very open and laid back operation. Had a great first session and felt very comfortable and was able to be my true self. Would definitely recommend

Called for an appointment 5 times no answer, Tammy called back rudely saying is this an emergency??Told Tammy how I was feeling. Now 4 days later and no call back. I guess my problems can wait right?? took a while to even work up the self esteem to call.Waste of time!

I have been to a couple counseling centers but none of them were like this one. Tammy literally makes you feel like youre family. She genuinely cares, she genuinely wants to help. The environment is comfortable. She makes you feel like youre at home. She has been an angel in my life and Im so thankful for her! Very professional yet relaxed, non judgmental, helpful counselor!!

I am not a patient here but my Fiance has been for some time now. I have seen a great improvement in her since and she loves it here. Shes tried other counseling services but none have kept her interest in herself and her own life like Talk It Out has. I believe she will continue here. For anyone seeking self improvement, no judgement and professionalism in the field I would recommend to take a look into Talk It Out and see what they can offer to you.

After going to a different counseling center and had no results I found talk it out and have been very satisfied with my counseling and with Tammy. The environment is so homey feeling and you feel so relaxed and comfortable. She is no agree with you on everything type of counselor, she straight to the point and will call you out on things. I would 100% recommend her to everyone that needs a counselor. Love love love!!!

Tammy is absolutely amazing! I’ve been in and out of therapy for years, and never had found someone I was comfortable with. Until Tammy, she listens, provides cooping skills, and she’s honest. I recommend her to anyone looking for an open minded and honest therapist.

Worst experince Ive ever had with a therapist. Kept telling me that I have issues and saying my problem was my weight. No I dont avoid people because of my weight, nor do I stress eat tyvm. I have an actual problem but she doesnt care enough to do her job.

My husband and I have been going to see Tammy now for a few weeks for couples sessions and for our individual sessions, and she is amazing...easy to talk with, non judgmental, makes u feel welcome. Thank you for all you do to help people.

Hi Im Lori and I have been going to Tammy Zender at talk about conseling the Barberton office, and I am so glad to have met her. I almost didnt go back to counseling because I had bad experiences, but Tammy made me feel comfortable the moment I walked into her office. when I first scheduled with her I was very busy, I was late and I even missed an appointment my first few appointments but she did not give up on me . She listens to everything I have to say and I always talk a lot LOL. She has a numerous varhasy of treatment plans and will even let you have your input on what you think. She treats you like a decent human being, she honestly cares, and doesnt act like shes just doing this from a textbook. So, if you are hesitating for whatever reason please consider Tammy you will not regret it, youll be so happy you did. I do and will always recommend her to anyone even my own family. Thank you Tammy , you are the bomb!!!😁👍

Unethical and incredibly unprofessional. On my third week with my therapist, a different therapist that I had never met comes out and says my therapist has left and that she would be taking care of me. There was no option, there was no information on where my therapist was going or what was going on. I was thrown around like a rag doll and I felt abandoned and left feeling so much worse. This was against paper work I agreed to prior to my first session. Tammy clearly does not care about her clients in her office. I am really considering taking further legal action with this. I would think twice about going to talk it out counseling.
