Impressed!! The wait for walk in tests was less than 10 minutes. The staff were all friendly and cheerful! All areas, that I was in were spotlessly clean! Most of all Hannah did a fantastic job! If you have issues during blood tests Hannah is the go to girl! One and done! Shes my favorite!!🙂🙂

Waited an hour in the parking lot. No one else in the parking just me just me. They told me sign it and go wait in my car. Said Ive been waiting in my car. 2 people in the waiting room yeah!

The person in the back who drew my blood was nice and the blood draw went smoothly. Unfortunately the lab messed up my tests and they needed me to come back in to redraw blood. Since that was obviously the whole point of their job I’m giving 2 stars. Hopefully they don’t mess up a second time.

It was very fast, professional. The girl in the back taking blood was awesome! I didnt feel anything she was so nice. All the girls there were very very nice.

They know how to send you the bill but they don’t know how to take your insurance information, I get stake with their billing office

The first time I came here was great and the staff was very polite. Today however not so much. They asked if I fasted before my blood work and I told them no. The reason being, I asked my doctor specifically if I had to fast for this particular bloodwork and was told no because of what they were testing for. When I told them that, I received a bit of an attitude and while waiting to be called back heard them laughing about it and making rude comments. And by all means sure, my doctor could have been wrong and I did have to fast but that was the answer he gave me and it was highly unprofessional for the staff to act the way they did. Ill definitely be going to a different building next time.

Awful staff, all of whom are on a power trip. No order from a doctor is good enough for them - even though my doctor faxed it into them twice and I get the same exact bloodwork done once a month. They absolutely enjoy lording their insane policies over patients, and are just as nasty to my doctor when she had her staff call to try and understand why the orders she requests aren’t being performed. Skip.

Very cold front desk staff, having personal conversations behind counter while a full waiting room of patients but couldnt take the time to answer a patients question. People drawing blood and back staff are fabulous, caring and thoughtful, they are great and make this a pleasant experience

Came there for a draw, the tech wasn’t even out in the lobby. Said she was closed, but let another lady walk right in. Very unprofessional I’d say.

Four times, not all lab work reported necessitating return to lab in Akron and Barberton. The requested lab work clearly stated on order and certainly enough blood drawn to accomplish testing. There will be no returning to LabCare Plus and insurance will be transferred to a better provider.

Been here twice, both times only one person in the office, lovely lady, but since she was doing check ins and drawing blood it made wait time ridiculous!

They told me to sit down and wait. Then 20 minutes later my husband asked when they were going to draw my blood because I had a timed test. They told me to call the office because they couldnt draw my blood since it had been too long. I ended up having to reschedule.

Under staffed and poorly managed, Excessive wait times. Prisoners of war get treated better than this.

Excellent service, short wait time and friendly staff.

Opens at seven. Eleventh in line. Waited for an eternity. Understaffed and unconcerned.
