My dad was a patient there for 10 days. It was difficult seeing an empty parking lot because the sign on the door said visiting was shut down because of Covid. They also had a recent CDC mandate prohibiting visiting. But they failed to include the part of the mandate allowing visitation under the Compassionate Care guidelines, also part of the CDC mandate. Yes, families can visit patients, but this facility failed to include these guidelines on the guidelines posted on the door. I was with my dad every day, helped him with all of his care. I helped him with meals, helped him get to the bathroom, helped him get washed up for bed. I was lucky to get this time with him. My heart breaks for those who dont have family there with them, simply because they havent been told they can visit.I waited 25 minutes for someone to com into the room if I put on the call light. No one introduces themselves, ( one nurses aid named Missy was kind and really seemed to care. I walked in to find my father( who is 94) lying in bed, no pants on, no underwear on, covering himself with a pillow. He was cold, and I immediately got him dressed and in a chair. No one passing by noticed him lying there almost naked, or they noticed but did not care.I asked to take him outside so he could enjoy the sunshine, and was told I couldnt because of Covid. There were no other patients outsideThe regulations here are ridiculous, and are not geared for the safety and well being of their patients. Patients are lonely and bored. Please make sure you evoke your rights to visit, even during Covid. You are allowed, according to the CDC guidelines. Take control, speak up. The people there have no voice.

If I could have given no star at all that would have been perfect, there is absolutely no way this place is 4 stars, these people must be the owners ,first off pay is one of the lowest as far as nursing home are concerned, 2nd the employees are over worked and under appreciated, residents are treated terribly, Unless the families comes to visit often,..please check on your family do not leave them in that place with checking up on them often,...it needs to be shut down ,cant keep good help they chase all the good workers away,..

Worst facility I ever worked at. They expect you to do two assists by yourself, if the nurses dont like you, they will try everything to get you in trouble, the owners are no help whatsoever. Please RUN! Not safe for staff or patients.

You feel welcomed when you walk in the building. The Staff is helpful & kind. There is no smell, and super clean. We would only go there for therapy or nursing needs.

My grandmother spent the last ten years of her life here, I have placed people here as their guardian, and I have visited several clients who were staying here to handle legal matters for them. The staff and management are great. They take excellent care of the residents.

My mom was sent here after back surgery to get physical therapy and recover. After a week of being there, she has yet to have any physical therapy. A woman in the room next to her fell out of bed and was screaming for help and my mom had to put on her light to ask them to check on her. While being pushed to a shower she was not put in the wheel chair correctly and they rushed her out and ran over her foot. Now she has not had physical therapy, and also can not stand on her foot. They have her cramped in a room, and allow the roommate to keep the heat at 80° and keep the tv on until after midnight. Then they leave the door open all night, and the fluorescent lights shine right on her face. All of the nurses are rushing around and disorganized. I had to demand that the doctor prescribe outpatient physical therapy so I can take care of her myself. I am so disgusted!
