I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled here and had such a positive experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful and helped ease my fear! Shelley Maier was super helpful and I could tell she actually cared about her patients!

I just love this place, I am sorry to the gentleman who posted the last review. I have always felt welcome from the receptionist to the doctor to the assistants. Some people do just have bad days too! Let’s not forget we are all human❤️ I came in to have some work done twice recently and both visits were great!!!!!(staff wise lol) I especially appreciated that they went thru every step of the process. I even had pain a little longer than expected and they helped immediately! The final touch was the walk to the quiet room that led outside, so I hope you give them a look and hope your experience is as awesome as mine!! And my daughters too!

The only reason I even give this place a 2 star rating is because the doctor and his nurse were very pleasant. The lady at the check in desk lacked any personality or people skills she was very abrasive. The lady that collected money from me PRIOR to having any work done looked like she just crawled out of bed. My over all experience would lead me to never recommend this place to anyone. I had a much better experience in Madison.

I came here to get a tooth pulled because I had an abscess and it was closer than going all the way to Madison. I was very scared because I have never had any teeth pulled before. Things went good to start off I told the lady I was scared and she assured me they do this all the time. After I paid I feel like no one cared about how scared I was. The doctor and the lady just joked back and forth like an old married couple as If I wasn’t there. The tooth pulling was not so bad after all but I did not feel like I mattered any more once they got my money.

Doctor was great & the attending staff is the absolute best. Very friendly, upfront on cost, informative. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I took my daughter here for a consult. We will not return. I have never been to a clinic and seen a more unprofessional staff. First off I was not told they didn’t take my insurance when we made the appointment. Second as we were walking to the exam room we could hear the staff talking negatively about people. Never in my life have I felt more uncomfortable in a clinical setting. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Came to this place and had a Wonderful out come staff was all fantastic and Doctor did a great job explaining everything to me and did the job ,great after words also no pain no gain , Highly recommend .

I had to have a tooth extracted and from Toni at the front desk to Mary the dental assistant and Dr. Anderson I could not be more pleased! everybody made you feel like you had known them for years. They made the process of having a tooth pulled a good experience. I liked that they provided detailed information on what to expect and precautions to take, I even received a follow up call from Mary the next day. Top notch customer service!

I went here to get 4 wisdom teeth removed... very pricey since they do not take a lot of insurance providers. Ended up getting dry socket because they didn’t give me the proper tools to clean the open area in my mouth. I’ve talked with many other people who’ve had the same procedure done at this place and they have also had similar experiences. It felt like they wanted to get you in and get you out.

I was nervous coming in for the procedure. Dr. Anderson and his assistant, Shelley, helped put me at ease. They thoroughly explained what would happen before the procedure. They made sure that I was at ease the whole time. It was a really positive experience.

Dr. Anderson was wonderful, explained everything as he worked, and his assistant Mary was just as wonderful. I thought the front staff was very nice, no problems here at all. People need to expect to pay for any service done anywhere, those that have a problem with it, dont understand the overhead of running a business, such as insurance, taxes, staff, and much more. Dr. Anderson and Shelley Maier were great. They explained the procedure and everything went exactly as explained. They are all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of dental experience.

Both of my teenage sons had their wisdom teeth removed (on the same day) at the Oral surgery center. The staff were prompt, professional and SUPER helpful my children and to me. Cant think of a single thing they could have done better. I feel lucky we have this resource in our community.

The job I needed taken care of was done in an efficient manner as always. I was seen without a reference or appointment. They worked me into their schedule when I needed them most. Thanks for the teamwork..

Everything was ok to start but when they came in to discuss the cost for the wisdom teeth extraction I couldn’t believe how much they wanted 3k just for that. I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!!

My experience with the staff at Oral Surgery Center was great. Dr Anderson and Shelley were great. No problems with front staff. My daughter is anxious and they were great with her and answered every single one of her questions without making her feel like a bother. Wondering if those who are complaining about the receptionist and billing being rude are just not hearing what they want to hear. Yes, insurance benefits are difficult to understand unless you work with them everyday and even then it can be a little hazy. Like any other small local business they depend on patients paying for their services to keep the doors open. Would you continue to work for the same employer if you didnt know if or when you would be getting paid?

While no one can say having to have a tooth pulled is a good experience...I can say that after having to have 2 done within a couple months I found the staff at Oral Surgery in Baraboo, WI to be very friendly and efficient. Dr. Steven Anderson and Shelley Maier were both very easy to talk to and quick to answer any questions I had. And while my 2nd experience was this afternoon...for the most part Im feeling much better. I have already recommended them to co-workers who were having issues as well. When youre not feeling well it is nice to come to a clean friendly environment and to walk away feeling better. My thanks to the whole staff there.

I could not have had a better experience. Imm 66 and had 4 wisdom teeth pulled. I used local and laughing gas. Plan on having a dental implant also. Thanks Dr. Anderson, Debbie Mullikin, Toni and Dawn.

Not experiencing anything the 1 star people did. Many times you do need to get your insurance to reimburse you, its not just here. You also signed something saying you are aware you may encounter other problems due to the extraction procedure, other cracked teeth, etc, they cant control everything. Some extractions are easier than others.Anyway staff, very professional, and understanding. I did not deal with the receptionist everyone is complaining about, she may be gone now. Dont judge a book by its cover, the actual Drs and assistants here are just fine. Thank you oral surgery! Im sure you rarely hear someone excited to get extractions, but I am happy as a clam. Thank you.

After a horrible experience in getting a tooth extracted, I was referred here. Night and day. Dr. Anderson is professional, speedy and hardly any pain. Hopefully I wont need another, but if I do, Ill go here!

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and it only took them 25mins to remove my compacted wisdom teeth. They were extremely nice and clam with me knowing I was nervous. Will defiantly go back.

They will rip you off as much as they can plus the front desk and the billing department employees are very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place at all. I got stuck with a huge bill because in spite of the fact that I asked multiple times to have my benefits pulled and make sure I don’t have to pay out of my pocket I still ended up getting a procedure I wasn’t even aware of and of course, is not covered by insurance policies.

Absolutely terrible concern for the patient. Get your money and get you out. Made me pay up front for a covered procedure requiring me to file a grievance with provider in order to get my money back. It has been 3 weeks since they received insurance payment and they still have not reimbursed me. I suggest not even considering these people if services are needed.

Went there for an appointment a couple weeks ago and the docter was very rude she argued and was only concered about money and nothing else a horrid place to go everyone is rude and only cares about money. Could tell by her attitude that she thinks shes better then everyone else

Me and my boyfreind parked out there in front of the building to a run a piece of paper in real quick to housing next door literally qould of took 3 seconds the lady docter came out screaming and freaking out because we parked in front of her precious black Mercedes benz in her special private parking lot apparently while we had to 2 crying kids in the car and she couldnt just let it fo freaked out and said she had to leave while she never left shes the rudest person thats suppose to be a professional docter but is a rude money hungry person who doesent even care about ehr patients im sure. Bad weather but god forbid you park in front her 80000 suv for 5 seconds. Ive heard bad things about this place before and id agree its true dont go here!!

If I could, I would give the customer service a 0. I had just called to figure out if I was able to use a referral that I had gotten. I had recently changed insurance and Im pregnant. Dawn answered the phone and continually cut me off and was very snotty with me. I was just trying to find out information as to maybe getting my wisdom teeth out after the baby is born, so in about 4 months. I had heard great things about this facility and doctors, but that receptionist was not a good representation of what Ive heard. Its unfortunate that she has the position she has if she doesnt want to help.

I cant speak for treatment because I barely got past making an appointment. I was told by Dawn the receptionist that it didnt matter whether or not I had insurance, I still had to pay for my appointment in full on the date of service and then the insurance company could pay me back (what?!). My insurance company then made an attempt to complete paperwork for an exception so I could see this local surgeon based on a referral from my dentist. But, Dawn refused to provide my insurance company with necessary information (Tax ID no., codes) to complete the pre appointment paperwork. Even the lady at my insurance co. commented that this place isnt very nice to work with. With their refusal to provide a tax ID no. to my insurance company, Im starting to wonder if its even a legitimate business. I canceled my appointment.

Absolute worst experience with this place. I would recommend going anywhere but here. Dont waste your time or money with these idiots.

Drs and assistants are great but front office folks are extremely rude. I will not ever go back because of them. Be ready to pay up front insurance or not. Over $1000 for simple tooth pull, really! They are exactly what is wrong with this country, greedy, greedy,greedy!!!!

Probably just the US medical system but if you have insurance that they dont accept they wont help you even if you have cash to pay for the procedure. Very rude on the phone.

I had a less than desirable experience overall. Extraction went OK but follow up was unacceptable. My other tooth was cracked during procedure which I had to have fixed at my dentist for $350 making this $1000 out of pocket or should I say onto a credit card that they offered at almost 30% interest. I just had another extraction for less than $400 in Madison

Very poor explanation of insurance payments. Received a bill for $344 4 months after the procedure out of the blue. Accounting staff is very rude.
