I saw Kristen for a reflexology massage and it was amazing! She is incredibly kind and a beautiful person. When I left I felt so relaxed and light which has been difficult due to my anxiety. I recommend her 100%. Next time I’m in town I’ll be paying her a visit.

Ive taken her yoga class a few times so far, and I love it! The space she does the classes in has a very clean, inviting, spacious, modern, and relaxing atmosphere. The yoga routine she guides us through is perfect for many things: for stretching your whole body, working on muscle strength, relieving some stress, and/or grounding yourself. Kristen herself is so kind, sweet, friendly, energetic, and helpful! :) Going to Golden Arcs yoga classes is good for winding down after stressful days and for energizing for future days. I cant wait to try out even more classes!

Was in town for a quick visit to the Dells before Christmas with my family. Kristen was able to accommodate me at short notice. She was very skilled and was able to assist me with relaxation and pain relief. I was very happy with my session and results. I will definitely be seeing her again the next time I am in town.

Kristen is a warm caring intuitive therapist. I felt her intentionality throughout the massage. I was a bit doubtful when I entered a long hallway with various businesses but as I entered the massage room I was transported to a heavenly oasis of aromatherapy and white gauzy linen draped to make you feel as though you are floating on a cloud. She used cbd oil on my tedonitis and guided me through deep breathing and addressed all my troubled areas with precision while maintaining a relaxing whole body flow to the massage. I highly recommend getting a massage at Golden Arc.
