We went to Guild after our first lender fell through, and the difference in service was amazing. The first lender hardly communicated with us at all - even when we initiated the contact. It seemed like everytime we reached out to them we had someone new handling our account. It went on for weeks before we discovered that our first two loan agents had left the company.Guild contacted us weekly to keep us up-to-date on the progress and to answer any questions we might have. They completed the process in less than half the time we had wasted with the other lender and they were very up-front with the total costs. The whole thing went very smoothly. I look forward to working with them again if/when we start looking for a new home.

I was very Leary about the whole process, my first mortgage was through a different company, and it was awful. This was a breeze!
