Buyer beware. Ask to see the Friends of the park page, investigate all the calls to the Sauk County Sheriff, ask if the park has a code of conduct. Read the bylaws pay attention to grammar and spelling ask yourself do the bylaws represent a healthy legal document that you are agreeing to? Compare the bylaws and rules to other parks like Camp Delton ask yourself do these appear professional and aligned with the competition? If you do not you will most certainly regret buying a membership in Pioneer Park. Members attack other members they do not like or disagree with. Vandalism occurs and police are called Unpaid volunteers are attacked, vandalized and sued by members who disagree with them. Presidents of the park who are unpaid are mailed feces and have members threatening to contact their employers to get them fired and cost them their livelihood. Get the facts from the police reports, investigate the documented conduct of members, read the member rules ask if they are enforced. Members are allowed to stand at the end of your lot and film you without recourse. They just stand and record. Even a current BOD members wife. I have posted some relevant photos and screen shots for potential buyers to get a feel for the park. Ask yourself if this is the behavior you want you and your family associated with. Cyber stalking etc.

My grandparents bought this place 20 years ago and I grew up coming here. This is the perfect place to grow up make memories and feel the community of everyone in the park. I love this place more than my actual house.

Its a nice park for camping except that it has too many hills you end up going up and down up and down a lot when youre walking its great if you have a vehicle though

Beautiful place very close and convenient Proximity To the Dells accommodations and to the parks and just really nice in all!! Only thing is only season long pass friendly not open to the public but if you know someone Guests are always welcome!

Well maintained clean and quiet easy access

We considered 3 different campgrounds in the Dells to purchase into. Pioneer Park won hands down!

My wifes family has been here for about 30 years, and now we get to bring our kids to the park. We love coming here and enjoying summers in the pool or playing bingo on bingo nights. The playground is okay. My kids love playing on it, but it would be great to have something a bit more updated instead of metal slides.We also love the fact that it is so close to mirror lake, close enough to the touristy stuff, but in a quiet area so you dont get the traffic. Looking forward to another 30 years here!

My fiance has a place here. I love weekends here! Everyone is nice & friendly. All the public facilitys are always clean. Everyone is respectful of the properties. This is a great place for families and kids. Looking forward to spending more years here!

Nice place to own a mobile home. Its beautiful in there and both club houses are nice with pools at each. The kids pool is very nice also and safe. I really love the place.

Great place have friends here and they get us a spot to park the camper. Very friendly

This is a large private gated park model trailer park with hills and large shade trees. The park offers two pools, game room, ball park, outdoor area for pets, bocci ball, horse shoe pit, camp sites for guests of residents and more. Quaint quiet village with seniors in mind.

Ive been there. Numerous times as Im working for tip top tree service and we have lots of removals amonst the trees there as they park any homes there with out removing any trees. Which I say is quite. Ignorant as Ive seen what a tree can do if it was to fall down on a property. Lots of. Damage
