Friendly but bad and expensive haircut. Didn’t trim ear hair and sides didn’t match. Morgan best stylist there. Asst Mgr cut hair and I’m irritated as only place in town basically. 19.95 plus 5 tip. For like five minutes. Bad deal

Went in at 9am the other morning to get mine an my boyfriends hair cut. The hair stylist was on the phone more than taking care of their customers. Ended up walking out with two bad hair cuts. Will never come there again. Do not recommend this place at all. Kaylee gave us some bad hair cuts. Would have gave it 0 stars but it wouldnt let me.

The lady that cut my hair did a really good job got me in right away

Had to wait awhile I guess Sundays get busy. But once I got in she did great job. I will be back.

I always forget the name of the lady who cuts my sons hair there, but she is amazing with my wiggly 3 year old, and he always leaves looking so sharp!

Came here a couple months ago, haircut was uneven, not how I asked for it, and all the lady wanted was to sell me hair products. Decided to give them a second try. Showed the girl a picture of exactly how I wanted it, and gave her details on lengths. Get home look it over in the mirror more carefully and find many chunks of hair she missed, uneven lengths, not faded in at all, and completely cut it wrong from how I asked her to do on the back of my head.You get what you pay for: a cheap and bad haircut from someone who just wants to make commissions off of selling you products.Never coming back here.

Last time I called to make an appointment there, they told me they do walk ins only. I went this morning and waited to be the 1st I ln the door with my 4 yr old. Morgan was rude in her statement saying. Without an appointment you wont get in for 3 hours! So now its appointment or wait 3 hours...? Im confused, they seem to be doing whatever they want over there. Note to the store: its not what you say. Its how you say it. I suggest some training in customer service...

I should the girl a picture of how I wanted my hair cut. She didnt cut it like I wanted it. It is shorter and different style. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY SHE CUT MY HAIR. The front is one length, the sides are longer and the back is short. It is suppose to be all the same length. Can not get it fixed, because then it would be to short. After she cut the back she showed it to me. Told it was too short. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

I called to make an appointment with them and checked their availability and I was immediately put on hold and forgotten about for 25 minutes. I heard the employee in the background taking another costumer to her station and conversating with her while I remained on hold. I finally hung up and tried to call back and the phone was left off the hook for an additional 20 minutes. I’m not taking my business there anymore. Completely unprofessional!

Went in for a easy peasy eyebrow wax, and I left with eyebrows you could drive a semi through the middle. When I asked her arent eyebrows supposed to start at the corner of the eye?? Her response was, oh I dont know, are they? Are you kidding me!? That is basic 101 knowledge of a waxing class in cosmetology school (which Ive completed). Another thing, use wax remover. My eyelids are sticking to the top and Ive got wax all over the top of my brows and on the corner of my eyes/nose. Never again.

Made a 5:20 appointment, didnt get in until 6:15. Person was slow and haircut was not that great. Didnt get a sorry, no discount for there mess up nothing. Manager was there and said and did nothing also. Didnt leave until 6:45. I then called owner to complain like the sign says to do and owner is drunk. He was slurring his words, very inappropriate and then says what do you want done? What do you want me to do about it? With an attitude. Really?!?!

Had an appointment for my son and was literally a minute late and they made me reschedule. Guess people dont like bigs tips and money..my mistake..

It doesnt matter who you get, all the ladies there do a great job and are a joy to talk to while they cut your hair. Wait times are exceptable compared to other places in the area.
