CPT helped me to feel better again.

CPT is a great clinic for physical therapy treatment, especially if you are seeking to maintain a more active than normal lifestyle. I sought treatment at the clinic for an increasingly painful frozen shoulder. PJ and the team worked wonders increasing my range of motion while also reducing levels of inflammation and pain. I went through 12 sessions and was I impressed with the level of professionalism, adherence to Covid-19 safety protocols, and high level of personal attention I received each day. PJ made it a point to quiz me at the start of each visit and then quickly adapt the routine if I was ready to stretch the boundaries a bit more or dial things back if I needed an easier day. After completing my round of treatments my range of motion was significantly improved, I was able to sleep better at night, and my overall level of discomfort and pain was much lower.
