Beautiful facility with wonderful residents. However, management is awful. We have run out of briefs and I was told to make it work. Employees are overworked being mandated to stay almost every night. Good quality care suffers from workers who have to work 16 hrs a day 4 to 5 times a week. Management has no idea of residents names or needs. Just very sad.

Terrible facility filled with lying, abusive, and ignorant management. Staff is kind, but seriously overworked, stressed out, and continuously given impossible loads of work. Management will lie and pretend to not understand why nurses are so overwhelmed. Pathetic care is rendered to patients behind closed doors. If you love someone, keep them away from this hell hole.

They have a severe lack of communication and take no ownership or willingness to improve. Took over 6 hours to get a bag of ice for my Mom after she fell. She was admmitted to St. Josephs for dehydration and pneumonia. This never should have happenned and its patient neglect.Look elsewhere for healthcare needs because this place is certainly not acceptable for your loved ones.If you look at the reviews most are from employees.
