They saw lesions on my cervix at obgyn and told me I was fine and that they saw nothing. I went to another clinic a year later for an annual papsmear and it was there. And documented that this clinic saw it ... Im praying nothing else is wrong. I do not recommend this clinic if u care about ur health.Also I paid a 25 dollar copay and they send me mail 6 months later saying that I owe a copay.

Great Caring Doctors and nurses.Ive been very lucky to have Dr. Shaw. Once she called me on a Sunday afternoon to discuss a test result. What Dr. do you know does that. Ive never had any problems with her team.. The staff is far from ordinary. They work with you to get the best results possible. Same goes for the Administration.

Dr., Dr. Mueller & Dr. Cook is the best!

My 89 year old mother had an appointment December 4 at 10:30. When we arrived at second floor for the appointment, doors to offices locked as they were having a scheduled staff meeting. Patients complained that they were asked to arrive 15 minutes before scheduled. Then could not enter, the manager came to say this was a scheduled staff meeting. We informed the manager that our time is just as valuable as his and we expect the same respect for our time. I understand why people are reluctant to patronize this location.

As usual, I come in 20 minutes earlier than my appointment time to get checked in...which I did myself as the kiosk. Once done, I was given some I correct information on where to sit. 20 minutes later I was asked if I had been helped, my answer...no, but I was sent to the wring side. After waiting on the right side at which is now my scheduled appointment time, i waited another 30 minutes before being brought to the back. Once in a room, i waited over another hour before the doctor made his way into my room. This was the worst service Ive ever received here. Unfortunately this isnt the 1st time Ive had a lengthy wait, but this has been the worst. I will be looking for a new primary care provider in the morning.

Took my 2 year old here for the first time. The staff was very friendly and our Dr., Dr. Mueller was excellent. :) The wait time wasnt too long compared to our previous Dr.s office. A plus is that they also speak Spanish which is important to us. Overall we had a great experience.

God bless those who actually care more about human lives rather than money or profits this is to these doctors who do it out of love most of the time...5 Stars to the nurses and receptionist who work behind the scenes who hardly ever get credit for the work they do and also 5 stars to DR . KATHERINE CLARIE SHAW and DR . DANIEL HINDMAN who really care about patients, and there lives

Love the topnotch doctors here. My primary healthcare physician is wonderful and very knowledgeable. The administration side of this location needs quite a bit of work. The wait time is very long. Took us 2+hours to get my daughter to be seen by the doctor despite a pre arranged appointment and checking in 15 minutes before the scheduled visit. Staff behavior is fine, they are nice and I havent noticed anything negative that other people have mentioned.

If I could I would give them zero stars especially because of Dr Janice Ryden she is so unprofessional

The doctors in my experience are knowledgeable, experienced, helpful and overall seem to care. Support staff just average( good or bad) like everywhere else.

This has been my doctors office since I was born, so for the last 25 years they have taken great care of me :)

Ive had different female pediatricians for my baby every visit requesting for a referral to a neurosurgery and each one refused to give it to me. My baby was born with hydrocephalus and the reason for not giving it to me was because they dont want me getting disability benefits.

Everytime that I came to this place, I had negative experiences. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are rather rude.What kind of receptionist would make a patient feel bad about showing up early for an appointment? I didnt even ask to be seen, I did not mind waiting until my appointment time came.Also, they have the HARDEST seats. I suffer from chronic pain so their seats are not comfortable at all.Johns Hopkins Medicine oughta hire better staff members for this facility.

Very bad experience here the last 2 times I visited this facility. Receptionist seemed to be very unhelpful and dismissive when I was seeking assistance. I definitely did not feel like they cared at all.

Waited to be seen 45 minutes after my appointment time. I was 20 mins early for the appointment so I asked after waiting so long when will I be seen they took me to a room were I waiting 10 more mins until a nurse came back to do my blood pressure.

The top hospital in the 🌎. Dr Shaw is 👍 great.
