Staff are very friendly and I never wait for more then 10 mins. For my apt.

This Doctors office is completely incompetent, what a terrible experience. I had an appointment over a month ago, had imaging done. The Dr. still has yet to contact me regarding my imaging results, the woman at the front desk was very rude and hung up on me. I have been trying to get in touch with them for over 2 weeks and left several voice mails and still no one has returned my calls. Its very sad and concerning that Ive paid for all this and nothing has been done, my health just doesnt matter. Someone needs to hold these people accountable but I know that wont happen.

I was there in a wheelchair with a cast on both feet. When I left I asked for help because the woman who was giving me a ride home wasn’t strong enough to get my wheelchair into the trunk by herself. I was told no, no there isn’t anyone here who can help. And that was it!

Called in with a prescription, talked to security. The security guard called a nurse over. Nurse had a list, I provided my ID and was in and out in less than5 minutes. It took longer to get parking, parking around the building sucked

Sitting in the waiting area with my husband who was rushed to Shock Trauma on 10/02/20 after a vehicle accident I couldnt even come into the hospital with him at a follow up appointment on 10/12/20 yet theres a patient who removed his face covering and nobody has said anything to him.

You literally wait FOREVER
