I really like this dentist office. They do a great job with making the kids comfortable, showing them the instruments before they start the procedures and talk them through whats happening. I also like the praise and encouragement they give while working which helps keep them comfortable and NOT scared of the dentist. My kids ask about going back to the dentist. The treat bags are a plus too.
Changed insurance after being there 9 years and no flexibility with us. Our new insurance paid them more than our old plan, but still wanted full amount even over what was reasonable and customary. So wasnt enough to be paid more through insurance, since we were now out of network they charged us the maximum they could even though they were already getting more than before. I would of understood if they were getting paid less, but they were making more and just said pay the maximum or leave. So we left. Greed over loyalty to patients.
My children have been patients for 10 years. The entire staff (from the front desk to Dr. Neel) are always welcoming and pleasant. Great office. Highly recommended!
My son has Autism and has been a patient of Dr. Neels for over 10 years. He is very patient and understanding of my sons needs. Some visits have been better than others and everyone is so understanding when the other occurs. I highly recommend Greenspring Pediatric Dentistry.

The office is great! They are doing a great job seeing patients during this current COVID crisis. We were in and out quickly and efficiently for our appointment. Dr. Neel is kind and patient with my kiddos.
Pretty dissatisfied with this offices in and out practices for purposes of getting in as many patients as possible. Yesterday, my son was scheduled to have his 3 cavities filled. His dentist claimed my son was goofy and could get only one cavity filled. I didnt want to argue with him in the office, so I agreed to another appointment to allow them to bill our insurance for a procedure that should have been done during our appointment.
Quiet, private, Dr Lapute is always friendly & comforting - he performed minor surgery on my very young son & capped a few of his preemie teeth. Went spectacularly well. My little son was indignant, and eventually grateful, & loves his to-go toothbrush packet! Thanks!
The staff here is very friendly and professional. My kids have been getting treatment from Dr. Neel for a few years now and they look forward to their appointment. The office is very well designed which keeps the kids busy in the waiting room. The reminder texts and email are very helpful and the token they give to their patients is an extra bonus. We are very pleased with their service.
My daughter loves coming here and always feels comfortable. Even as she gets older she always looks forward to getting her toy afterwards. 😊
My daughter’s first visit was today and it was nothing short of amazing! Everyone was genuinely friendly. The office was clean and is definitely the most kid friendly office I have ever seen. My daughter loved it! I was with my previous dental office for over 10 years and one of the best things Kids Dentist did was misinform me about my daughter’s teeth. Otherwise, I would never had found this amazing pediatric dentistry!

The staff is warm and caring and helps the kids to really feel comfortable and safe, even kids who would generally be scared.
The waiting area, offices and patient rooms were bright, inviting and comfortable . The staff was pleasant , answered my questions thoroughly and I was helped quickly . The office was very child friendly . My son was seen within ten minutes of us arriving .The doctor and nurse were warm ,patient, knowledgeable and communicated every step of the plan in a way that I could easily follow. He arranged the plan in such a way that it would correct the areas of concern and allow my son to maintain his comfort with going to the dentist. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

Great with kids! made my 7yr old daughter feel safe and brave during cavity filling. Dr. Neel filled two cavities for her in about 20 minutes. he said all the right things to help ease her mind. he is very friendly and knowledgeable. would certainly recommend to try.
We discovered Greenspring Pediatric Dentistry half a year ago. I could not be happier. I am sure that my kids’ teeth are in good hands. Both of my children had cavities. Treatments were painless and seemed to be very easy for the kids. It was an interesting journey with a smile on their faces. Dr. David is great. Always professional, always smiling. My son was calm walking in for his dental procedure. The dentist were attentive to his needs by speaking to him calmly and explaining to him what was happening throughout the process. They maintained a friendly atmosphere by talking and laughing amongst themselves (dentist and nurse) and answered my questions when asked.
Great experience for a 3 year old. Not scary at all. He got his teeth cleaned for the first time with no issues and even said, this is fun. The staff makes the experience very kid friendly. Would definitely recommend. Will be going back for sure.

All of the staff are friendly and polite. However, I always feel like the provider cues microagressions because my child has had significant tooth decay from an early age. It was and still is assumed that he was consuming sugary goods and not brushing, when the cause was attributed to him being breastfeed for the first two years of life, and he would often nurse at night because he had a limited diet due to food allergies and intolerances.
Dr. Neel has been our kids dentist for over 10 years. He has been an excellent dentist and we have had ZERO complaints over the years. The practice is run very efficiently, professionally, and absolutely FIRST CLASS. Everyone does a great job of communicating and answering any questions we have. Thanks for taking great care of our kiddos.

Always punctual, professional, and great with the kids. The environment is light and airy and always clean. Of my 7 children, none have a fear of going to the dentist. My 3 year old, very particular son, asks me when his next dentist appointment is. The hygienists are personable and friendly, and Dr. Neel always wears a smile. Very nice practice.

The whole experience is wonderful. The hygienists are so good and Dr. Neel is the most gentle dentist. Our girls have been coming to him since they were 2. This practice came highly recommended from our previous pediatric dentist (in Philadelphia) and we loved THAT practice too! We didn’t think anyone could rival them but Dr Neel and his crew certainly are incredible. They put our girls at ease and make it exciting and fun.
Greenspring pediatrics is wonderful. They operate in a new, clean bright space. There are really good toys in the waiting room and a fun prize token operated machine. The staff is patient and good with children. Dr.Neil is an excellent dentist as well as gentle and patient with the kids. I would recommend this place!
Dr. Neel & the entire staff are great! They are genuinely friendly & professional. The dental area has an open floor plan allowing parents to sit comfortably with child. From the fresh coffee for parents to the gold coins for kids to dispense toys, it’s a treat from beginning to end of visit.

As usual when you arrive for our appointment in about 10 minutes early and as were checking in one of the nurses are already ready take us back theme meet my grandson feel so welcome and relax can you be in the dentist office which she used to be very afraid kick out there but the staff here makes everyone especially my four-year-old grandson feel right at home they explain everything To me make sure I understand it before leaving it is always a great experience from start to finish
Took my son twice so far and i absolutely love everything about it. They have complimentary coffee. A nice clean and neat waiting area and play are for children . staff is very friendly and fast. Didmt not have to wait more than 5 min to be seen. They also explained every step of the way while seeing my son . they are very good at what that do . kid approved ! ..
Both of my kids had cavities filled and came out of the room, all smiles. No pain, no complaints. Were definitely sticking with Greenspring Pediatric.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I would have liked to have met the dentist and had an opportunity to ask questions before the work was done. I did get the chance to do so before they took my second child back.

My 3 year old fought to keep dentists and doctors away. After her second visit here, though she’s still terrified about going to the doctors, she surprised us. No fighting! She was extremely compliant! This dentist is very warm and inviting though we’re pretty new to their practice. Staff are responsive, helpful and approachable. The hours are a challenge but totally worth it!!!
Dr. Neel has been very gentle, kind, accommodating and knowledgeable which has really made my daughters experience the best it can be. I cant recall the name of his wonderful assistant who always helps my daughter feel comfortable, but again, so far those 2 have been the bright light in that office.

Ive been bringing my kids here regularly for check-ups, and they always love it. They also love that they get a token with which to get a toy for themselves afterwards. But as nice as everything was, I wasnt convinced it was much more than a brushing-teeth & goodies factory.Until, that is, my daughter had a cavity, and I saw how they treated a real situation. The efficiency was a marvel of nature: we were in and out within 30 minutes. They had everything ready, explained to my daughter that they were going to spray water in her mouth (conveniently leaving out the drilling part), let her test the filling material on her fingernail -- they prepared her for the whole experience. She cried a little when they put the chair in her mouth that props it open for her, but they adjusted and did the rest of the filling without it.I cant express how impressed I was by their professionalism, care and efficiency. This is where you want to take your child.
Dr. Neel S. and his staff are always nice. My boys have been going to him for about 7-8 years or so. I would definitely recommend the office to someone who needs a good pediatric dentist

We have only been once but it was for my daughters first dental appointment ever and, at only two years old, she obviously screamed the entire time. But the entire staff could not have been nicer and they even provided a curved mat for our daughter to lay in on my wifes lap while the dentist checked and cleaned her teeth. We picked this place because it was close to our home, was recommended by our pediatrician, and got great reviews online and we are so glad we did!
My three children always look forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Neal and the dental assistants are always very welcoming and friendly. My children have no fear of the dental chair and actually look forward to the cool sunglasses they get to wear when they step on and the goodie bag theyll receive when they step off. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience with Greenspring Pediatric Dentistry. My daughter is five and usually freaks out at the dentist but this was a totally different experience. They made sure she was comfortable and understood everything they did before they did it. They played her favorite songs and talked to her the whole time. She didn’t cry or get scared once. They don’t discriminate , they aren’t racist, and they do their best to accommodate, they accept a lot of insurances even Medicaid healthy smiles they don’t treat anyone different everyone red white purple blue black all get treated equally. The lady at the front desk always been pleasant and Dr NEEl is the best you will NEVERRRRR FIND ANOTHER PEDIATRIC DENTIST WITH SO MUCH COMPASSION AND LOVE AND PATIENCE FOR KIDS AS HE DOES my oldest been going there since 2yrs and so does my baby. We have united Concordia but before that we had healthy smiles always got VIP A1 treatment SINCE DAY 1 .

They are so careless and treated my children different, brought my children there three times to have serious issues fix and all three times all they did was look at there teeth and scheduled them for future work that never got done. Then they kicked my kids out the practice for missed appointment I never scheduled or was made aware of. Now my children are having serious complications and I’m told they can not come back. Horrible!!!!!

My 11yr old who is very afraid of dentist came in today for a consultation prior to getting a cavity filled. The office had a cancellation so they said we could have her cavities (turns out that she had two) filled. The dental assistant Jamie was so nice and showed my daughter each tool and how they are used. My daughter didnt want to go through the fillings today but, with a little coaxing she said ok. When we got home she said it really wasnt that bad! Thank you Greenspring Pediatric Dentistry youve made a once very anxiety ridden little girl up for going to the dentist! YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!! This place is great! Super friendly and efficient staff. Weve never had a long wait and both of my kids are in/out of the chair with no delays. Dr. Saptune is wonderful & gentle with the kids, while being honest & direct with parents. At 3 & 10, my kids love going to the dentist, which is a huge plus for any parent :) **The token for a prize from the machine is their favorite part**

Horrible experience! Dishonest and unethical. Had two very bad experiences as a new patient and when I tried to leave and take my daughters records, Dr. Neel wouldn’t give them to me without a fight for them! He should be reported to the board of dentistry and have his license revoked! And I have never written a review such as this in my lifetime- trying to help people from be victimized by him.
To have a 5 star ratingI received poor service. I would not visite this practice again with a referral or pain for my children.
Kids feel comfortable here. The staff is good at taking away any stress. And, they do good work. Always friendly.
