I have been a patient of Dr. Hariri, “Dr.H” I call him, since 2007. I went to his office for the very first time in need of extensive dental work that I had put off for some time.He immediately made me feel comfortable and explained my options and gave me assurance he would do quality work at an affordable price.Long story short, I am now a 14 year patient of Family Dental and Dr. H. My confidence in my smile has enhanced my professional life as well as my hobby as an actor and comedian.The office staff, hygienist staff and assisting staff has remained largely unchanged over the many years I have been served by Family Dental. This is a testament of the type of person Dr. H is.I get compliments on my smile from total strangers quite often. Every time this happens I whisper to myself, “Thanks Dr. H!”

This dental clinic is fantastic Dentist and Will work with anybody I have been going to him for over 30 years He is absolutely fantastic and takes pride in his work I strongly recommend this Dentist to anybody.

Dr H is absolutely the best dentist I have dealt with. The only dentist that exactly tries to save me money, so that tell me he cares more about my dental care than money, not like other dentists I dealt with. He takes his time and he looks for other issues like gum disease etc. I remember years ago my gums was whitish and he was concerned and order a biopsy to make sure it wasnt serious. Hand down the best. Never had one complaint and his staff is truely dedicated.Also, the sisters that clean your teeth in that office, clean your teeth so good it is amazing.Best dental care period. They will never try to get over. It is all about your healthy teeth.

Avoid this place unless you want to pay Luxury prices for subpar service. The front desk manager Tiffany has the worst attitude I have encountered at a doctors office. I believe she knew the doctor would ignore my request to speak with him and this supported her behavior.Id been going there a little over a year when they managed to bill me for a tooth I previously had extracted at a completely different dental practice along with x-rays they did not perform. I alerted them to this issue and was assured theyd fixed the issue yet they still billed my insurance! Additionally, Id already paid the copay for services never rendered. After my final visit June 2021, I was told had a huge bill of $400+ from the previous appt, eventhough the same exact system used in the back reflected a $6.00 credit. If I had a huge bill going into the office why did they bother to take me into the back before having me pay ? Listen, I have AMAZING dental coverage but somehow these folks had me pay $1000 out of pocket for 4 extractions even after my insurance covered half.Tiffany (supposedly the front desk manager) referred to me as her when I insisted they clear up this issue. I was then told by the same rude staff member that she would leave my chart out and have Dr. Hariri give me a call...he NEVER CALLED...I checked in and left messages twice and Dr. Hariri NEVER CALLED. Yet 3 months later these fools reached out for an appointment confirmation! I think not! With their hidden fees and underhanded billing, Dr. Hariri and his staff will never have the opportunity to scam me or my insurance company again!

Dr Feld is hands down AMAZING! I’ve always had dental anxiety and have felt like no dentist ever truly listened to what I wanted done, until I met Dr Feld! I have NEVER been a person to smile because I absolutely HATED my teeth. I scheduled for a consultation and Dr Feld told me in detail exactly what I needed done, and how it would happen. Dr Feld made me feel SO comfortable from my first visit all the way through my work, anytime I had a question, or needed ANYTHING he was/is literally a phone call away. I can not recommend Dr Feld and his associates enough. Dr Feld is absolutely AMAZING, and I am SO SO SO thankful for him. Because of Dr Feld I am a much more confident girl, who can not stop smiling! His associates are all extremely personable and help with making you feel comfortable. I’ve never had such a great experience as I have had with this dentist. Thank you Dr Feld & associates for all you do. I’m so thankful to have a dentist I can now call and feel comfortable going into!

A nice place to have dental work done. Waiting area is large and open, medical staff is courteous and warm. When I refer to medical staff, I mean the dentists and hygienists. (Especially Nadine!!!). Desk staff can sometimes be not as much. However, this office is good with giving reminders for visit by phone or text. It is located in a low high rise and seems to be the only business in the building.Lots of cubicles for privacy and pain options at a price or with the right insurance no problem. I think you’ll like it.

I dont recommend this place at all. First, they will try to offer you great price to engage you on big list after your consulting and 49$ X-rays.They asked me to do 6000$ for sample work that other doctors did with 1200$. On the same time, if they start knowing that you are asking to get your full madical report and x-rays and heading to different dr, they will start being so cheap and will not be able to talk to supervisor or owner.They already hired people for that job. Dealing With Extreme Dental anxiety and previous dental experience I have always put my dental health on the back burner. I developed multiple abscess and needed a decent amount of work done as it affected my employment where I had to take medical leave. I happened to get my records and walk into Family Dental Care and was scheduled the following day for extensive xray and Consult with Dr.Whitecar. He was elaborate and the perfect match for a patient that experiences the dental office jitters... I decided to go through and fix everything..7 extractions, etc...I was calm and taking care of and would refer Family Dental Care to anyone seeking Dental treatment.

Dr. Whitecar informed me that I had a cracked tooth that needed work done to it or it would worsen over time. I called with a toothache late on a Tuesday night when I got off work. I spoke with Tiffany who tried her best to get me in that evening( I couldnt make it due to childcare) However she was able to get me in the following morning. When I arrived I was impressed by how clean the office was including the over the top bathroom but most importantly how gentle Dr. Whittaker was. From the initial phone call to the follow up phone call from the dentist the night I got my tooth pulled I give them an A+. I just found myself a new dentist.

Do not use this dentist office... They over charge you.... Then they refuse to credit the money back unless you ask for it! They over charged me and my husband... My husband was over charged by 257.20. I called several times... The staff is rude. Please note... IF YOU DO NOT ASK FOR A REFUND. They will not give it to you.

I am found Family Dental Care online. They were the only dentist office that would take workmans compensation. I needed immediate dental work and they scheduled me right away. Once they received the approval from the insurance company my denral work was done. The professional manner from the front desk to the Dr Micheal Whitecar was excellent. I had to have extensive work done. They offered sedation. Dr Whitecar explained everything that needed to be none on my level. It was the most pleasant dentist appointment Ive experienced in my lifetime. In three visits I was finished. I live in Carroll County and my drive is worth every mile. I have found a new dentist. If you are in need of a dentist make an appointment you will not be disappointed, you will have a new Family Dental Care location for you and you family.

Dr. Feld is a great doctor. although he would never recommend a filling, ALWAYS a crown for every little cavity, he was still a great doctor. However, the front desk staff is HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and they have bad attitudes, they argue with you about referrals, they are nasty when they answer the phone and speak to you disrespectfully, BECAUSE of them, I am no longer attending this office. I will never ever go back

Ive walked in to this location 2 times. Both times i have been greeted with professionalism at the counter and wa treated as a long term customer in my opinion. My first time in i had 3 teeth removed and Dr. Hariri was like a close friend with joked and conversed while working, took no time at all and i felt nothing(promise). Second time in cracked my tooth on my nephew head. Sounds crazy, I know but this is a real story. This time i saw Dr. Whitecar and i was nervous but it was just me because once again i was put at ease with jis professionalism as well. All in all wonderful place and people never without a friendly smile in the building ( only those who havent been seen yet). I highly recommend coming here. I had to get a extraction done and I was literally petrified because my other extraction that I got done at another dentist in Pasadena was horrible. I have had some gum issues for a long time, but Dr. Whitecar went in and did an extensive deep cleaning with some powerful water tool. I had some tooth sensitivity for a while after, but my gum problems stopped! Ive been to other dentists and never had them preform this miracle!Every time I visit there I am left feeling empowered about my teeth and try to take better care of them. The dental hygienist is who you spend most of your time with and theirs have been with the practice for years. They have a great style and manner. You can tell they are great and have lots of experience.
