The young ladies that work at the Fells Point location are very friendly and helpful. They are always respectful and patient. They make rescheduling appointments easy. The doctor does his job VERY well and the great staff compliments that. I dont mind the 20 minute drive. Thanks.

Had back surgery. 3 weeks later in a bad accident. Went to PT and told them my back is KILLING me and I needed another mri AFTER the accident. The woman chiropractor is so unprofessional. She told me I HAD to do the back exercise . My response if I get a mri and this infact is making it worse or hurting it are you responsible? .. she turned the radio up super loud and shut her door and didnt respond . Very very unprofessional and not compassionate AT ALL. DONT use her . Dr.zack is great not her .

Dr.zack was great . The woman- unprofessional. Had back surgery. In bad accident on 95 3 weeks after . Going to PT. My back was worse after PT so dr.zCk said to hold off if making worse . Went today - said ill hold off on back pt. She yelled from office that I had to . I asked if I do it and after mri its making it worse will she be responsible. Her response- none! She turned her radio up and shut the door. Do you want this woman taking care of you ?? Unprofessional!!! No not a fake review I was just there this am the Dr lady chiropractic was very unprofessional was nasty how she spoke and would not answer my ? When I asked the physical therapy lady who was nice answered for her so unprofessional...was at the essex location

THE BEST front desk service. Appointments are very flexible and the doctors really take the time to talk about what hurts and goes through a full patient history. During my first appointment, they gave me some electro therapy while a hot towel was on where it hurts, then they put me on a massage table, and finally did some adjustments on my neck and back, and they did all of this in my first consultation! Took about 1.5 hours and they saw me and my dad at the same time. FYI don’t expect a full body adjustment like the ones you see on YouTube. I don’t think they do that unless you really need it. Overall amazing place and staff!!!!!!!!!!

Very easy to work with for scheduling- when your back is out, they find a way to get you in! SO important. They use a variety of modalities with stem, rolling table and heat packs to make the adjustment easier. HIGHLY recommend! Dr Zack does a great job and has got me out of pain multiple times!

The chiropractors are kind and knowledgeable, and the entire staff makes an effort to know the clients. Dr. Zach was good, but the billing department at Mid Atlantic is atrocious. Hard to recommend them when they cant bill insurance properly and just send demand for payment to patient over and over.

I love the staff here! Everyone is polite and knowledgeable, and the two chiropractors Ive worked with here have worked wonders. Before coming here I had to take muscle relaxers and once I started receiving treatment here Ive been able to stop them. They are very flexible with my work schedule and there is never a wait because they are efficient. Oh and THEY EVEN HAVE PARKING! If you are familiar with Baltimore, you know parking is hard to find in Fells point. The doctors office will even send transportation for you if necessary. I will always recommend this place

I started treatment about a month ago. They are so flexible and easy to get an appointmentment with. They also have Saturday hours and are open until 7 during the week. Its nice that I dont have to take a sick time for my appointments. I also never have to wait more than a few minutes to start treatment, which is really nice.They do stim, traction, and then hands on adjustments. My only complaint is that I always see a different doctor. I would like to have someone who is really familiar with my case treating me. All of the doctors are great and very professional, so its not a big deal. The ladies that were at the front desk today were also very upbeat and friendly. I really appreciate that since its early Saturday morning!

I would not go here again. Very nice people, but their methods use on me did not cure my pain. After wasting over $2,000 here my pain seem to keep coming back. Even though I would schedule with them several times a week, and it seems as though they push for you to more and more. I was undermined when I told them, my pain was in various areas and my bones felt out of place. What I needed wasnt a vibrator on my back every time I went. I needed serious help, not people wanting more customers and money. I went to see a different chiropractor who used hands on methods. After ONE DAY of service my body alignment was positioned back correctly. Since my first day of service, little things I could not do before because of pain in my neck, back, arms and legs. I can do again now, such as sitting for long periods of time. Thank you Mid-Atlantic for sending me on the right path.

By far one of the worse experience I had with a front desk! I advice new clients to go to the saint Paul and Biddle street for therapy; Better staff and attendant right away. I called on Wednesday to make an appoint because I was having extreme back pains. I called around 3:30 and the receptionist(couldnt understand her English) she tells me to hold on, I was on hold for at least 7 minutes assuming they forgot about me. I called five minutes later and a different lady said they will call back because the office was really busy! Never received the call. Highly disappointed, I heard such great things about Dr. Gulitz and the facility but for such great reviews and suggestions from other people the receptionist was really unprofessional. I had to search elsewhere.
