I came in over a month ago because of my back pain due to working virtually for so many nearly a year. In just a few short weeks I feel so much better. The back pain is less intense and almost gone. I’ve learned exercises and stretches that has helped me to relieve and eliminate the pain from my back. The adjustment and stem treatments have helped as well. I just love those adjustments!! The very first initial visit was amazing. I went in to the Overlea office for information on Cold Laser treatment for my knees. I meet Dr Herold and Dr. Felicia and the amazing staff.Ive had five treatments and my knee pain is improving.

I have three bulging discs in my neck that was causing me great pain and keeping me from doing my daily activities and chores. After a few months of coming here Im back to doing a lot of my activities slowly but surely. The staff is very professional and helpful and always willing to lend a hand. Ive been going to Dr.Herold for 13 years consistently and hes by far the absolute best Chiropractor that Ive been to. Due to my line of work Ivebeen a Chiropractic patient for more than 20 years, and sadly previous Chiropractors that Ive been to, did not get the job done, no matter how often I went, it just did not feel like the treatments and adjustments were working. I went to MSI specifically because it is a black-owned chiropractic practice and because of their integrated, multidisciplinary approach to wellness. Amazing experience I started about 2 months agoI could barely walk or stand now I’m walking and standing with no pain. The cold laser treatment has removed a lot of my inflammation in my knee I recommend and get this treatment twice a weekChiropractic treatment for me will be life.

I came in for reoccurring lower back pain & I found THE BEST care.The office administrator Jennifer is a dream and technician Jeremy is so confident and competent you feel like your chatting with an old friend, while in pain mind you. The Nurse Practitioner is direct and kind with a bed side manner that missing in todays healthcare. Dont even get me started on Dr. Jo. This ballet dancer built lady adjusted areas I didnt realize were connected! They work with your finances and insurance. They dont just push meds here, they care about increasing your quality of life. After 2 weeks of care, I was able to get back in the gym and even tried yoga for the 1st time.Even as I write this during my stimulation therapy, Sade plays softly in the background in this clean, friendly, empowering place. Great place for amazing care.

Recently I searched to find him and I was glad to know he was back at the Overlea office.As I stated my experience has been great since returning. The office staff is very friendly and caring. Great place, great staff. My first day going I was fighting tears in my eyes and could not sit or stand for longer than 30 seconds due to back pain. Took some time but couple weeks later now and Im pretty much back to good new. Cool laser certainly helped speed up the process. Cant thank them enough. Highly recommend

I recently started experiencing intense headaches and muscle tension throughout my neck and shoulders. I went to so many doctor appointments and nothing helped. They teach you physical therapy exercises, do spinal adjustments, stimulation therapy, etc. and they make sure you are comfortable throughout all of it. I injured my back while weight lifting. After about a month of seeing Dr. Herold and the nurse practitioner, I was pain free. The entire staff is so nice. They are also very flexible with my schedule. I really wanted to see a chiropractor that would not discourage me from lifting heavier weights because it’s something I enjoy doing. Dr. Herold understood that and made it clear that he wanted to help me get back to doing what I like to do. I’m a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor, so exercising while receiving treatment was unavoidable. They understood and gave me tips for maintaining my active lifestyle while helping me get better. Also, another thing to mention ... the front desk staff is amazing. This has always been very important to me. If I call and the first person I talk to seems annoyed or unfriendly, It gives me a bad first impression. This is certainly not the case here. I will continue seeing Dr. Herold even though my initial injury is better. I was always weary about seeing a chiropractor but I’m so happy I did! I will definitely refer my friends and clients to Dr. Herold.

Oh my goodness...what can I say about MSI-Overlea? Well, in a word, they are fantastic!!! As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a friendly smile, a hearty hello and honest enthusiasm to treat me in a special way. Dr. Herold took his time to explain my x-rays and his concerns about my spine. He is the most professional, yet personable doctor I ever met. As I was being treated, he gave personal attention to every patient there. Although I dont like having issues with my health, I look forward to each appointment and will enjoy this ride back to better mobility.

I have been a chiropractic patient for 26 years with the last several under the care of Dr. Herold. The talented staff at this office is knowledgeable and friendly. I was told years ago that my neck condition would require surgery of a full fusion, but continuing my sessions with Dr. Herold has kept me from going under the knife. I will continue to receive treatment so long as I can avoid surgery. I trust the care I am receiving and recommend this office to anyone with back/neck issues from accidents, previous injuries or aging.

I saw an advertisement on Facebook for cold therapy at a price I could afford and decided I would give it a try. I recently had meniscus repair laproscopic surgery and was not experiencing the expected relief from therapy. I called office, made appointment and had no idea what to expect. The front office staff was very welcoming and professional. They provided me with details about procedure and what to expect. I scheduled for several sessions and was starting to feel some relief. I followed up with nurse practictioner who gave me alternative suggestions to the daily pain meds that were prescribed. I followed her suggestions along with continued cold therapy and found relief. I then had my very first session with Dr. Rochelin and he was very informing about what a chiropractor does and how it is necessary to align the body. He took xrays and explained the areas he could assist me with. I highly recommend MSI. I am walking better, pain-free and look forward to my next visit. Thank you Dr. Rochelin!!!
