Wow!!!! Amazed at some of the comments here. I have been with this program for quite awhile. As an addict we are quick to push our issues and blame others for our behavior because in the tainted mind we have we see no wrong in us its always someone or something else. This place and Pamela Dukes saved my life. I used the inpatient twice, yes relapse is part of my story. I still am a client in the outpatient and i have no and see no issues with this business. Ms. Pam has helped many that had no means to. Ive seen first hand clients with no insurance and indigent get the much needed help they needed. The program helped get them insurance as well as other resources to better their lives. Not all things are for everyone but this program has reshaped mine and many others lives and will continue to do so dispite the negativity and malice intent of others. Change your thinking change your life. You have to stand for something or you will fall for anything. I am and forever will be grateful for By Grace Counseling and Ms. Pam Dukes.

My husband and i hace a very wonderful experience at bye grace they gave us life as normal people and our good friend ms pam dukes helped us every step of our way in many ways. There has been issues but nothing major. Bye grace can help you if you want to help yourself. Very nice environment

The owner is always accusing somebody of something. So paranoid. If she was running the treatment house the way its supposed to it may ease her paranoia. If you want methadone go there but for inpatient treatment RUN FAR AWAY!

The owner is a crazy you know. inconsiderate paranoid with delusions of internal strife if she wasnt doing the wrong things she wouldnt be so paranoid she thinks everybodys talking about her the way she treat the employees is so wrong and the way she will talk to you is just you will want to put your hands on her and she thinks she is so tough but anyone can fight but when it comes to talking she cant handle it because she always has to be right long story short just dont go there unless you are homeless with no where else to go

Ms. Pam will scream at you, put you down and then brag about leaving your guts all over the floor. She called me every name in the book, and has even gotten in my face and screamed at me. She is an awful person, and I highly recommend avoiding this place because of her. Upon my exit at the program she was suppose to take me to another facility but left me at a McDonalds and gave me the wrong name of the place I was going to and would not give me the phone number.

I have been at ByGrace atleast 4 years now, maybe longer? When I first got on this program I switched from Cherry Hill ,it started getting to crazy for me over there! Please if you are thinking about changing your life, call By Grace!!!!!!!!

This program has the potential to be good if the owner, Pam, wasnt involved in day to day activities. she talks down to people, has an attitude and if you say anything back to her, you will be detoxed and kicked off. save yourself the hassel and go to starting point on ritchie hwy.
