If your child have a chance to attend to this school. Considering yourself super super lucky. My son has been attending in this school almost a year now, I fell in love with staffs here. The attention from the owner and everyone here to your child are beyond anything you would ever expect to happen. My son improved a lot since the day he start here at 2 years old. The teacher spend time everyday 1:1 with your child, caring and taking care of your child just as they love their own children. You will not find anywhere better than this place. God bless this facility and everyone here. Thank you so much for planting a seed of hope to my child’s life and myself. Feeling so special to be here.

If youre looking for a great place and team to help provide an early education and school type setting with on site therapy services, this is the place in the St Louis metro area. This is coming from parents of a special needs son on the spectrum with speech apraxia. We have been doing early intervention through Missouri first steps, Knights of Columbus move to communicate program, ARC in home therapy services, and early education in our school district via St Louis county special school district. For over four years we have sat in on OT, PT, speech therapy, and ABA therapy, which included discreet trial, early start Denver models , and reggio model which is what ABS is using. Our only disappointment was that we didnt find this program sooner, because we would have chosen it over the early education provided at our school district. This program wants parent involvement and is absolutely beneficial when you are active in adjusting the goals for what you want your child to work on. Also if you find yourself lost in the mix of everything that is out there because it can be a completely different world, they take the time to educate parents in the program processes that are used, which are very helpful in navigating your childs continued education. They equip you to help become your childs greatest advocate.Seriously, the team at ABS did a wonderful job preparing our son for the school transition and helped him acquire the tools necessary to be classroom ready. My wife and I can not thank you guys enough and are overwhelmed with gratitude for the program ABS has put together.

I recently took my son here to be evaluated. The process of getting the appointment and the initial phone interview was fine. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly and have the phone screening done quickly. After the phone screening, I made the appointment for the in-person testing. When we got to the facility, no one greeted us. I didn’t know where I needed to go. But also, I was able to just walk right in… people bring their kids here to be looked after all day and anyone who wants to can just walk right in.. we started the appointment with the speech therapist and the entire time we were there she called my son by another boys name.. so no wonder he didn’t respond to her. She was extremely fast, talked a mile a minute, was pulling him all over the place trying to get his attention on multiple things at once. As an adult, not on the spectrum, it was hard for me to keep up. I felt rushed. And I’m sure my son did too. About a week after his appointment I emailed the women that did his in-person testing and asked if his report was ready. She emailed me back but with another child’s testing paperwork and an entire email, that wasn’t meant for me. The facility and staff were very adamant on me enrolling my son into their “daycare” program and when I responded that I was going to explore my options, they made me feel like I was neglecting my son and his needs.I wouldn’t recommend this facility to my worst enemy.

My daughter has been going to this center since she 2. She just graduated the other day (she’s 6) she has shown SO many improvements since joining. The owners are incredibly educated on what each child needs, they are thoughtful, helpful, considerate and truly helped our family. My daughter has blossomed so much since being there. She went from being nonverbal to speaking full sentences, getting potty trained, working well with others, excelling socially emotionally and academically. I highly recommend this center to any and every parent struggling to find something that works for their kids. Especially when they’re so young. Now they have another location that may help families who don’t live in West County which is SO convenient for a lot of people I know. There are many difficult decisions we have to make as parents, and I am very grateful I made the one to enroll her here. We are forever in debt to them 😭❤️

Autism and Behavioral Spectrum is a wonderful place. Our son started his journey with ABSpectrum at the Chesterfield location and moved to the St Charles facility when it opened. Both are fantastic and our family has great experiences with the staff at both locations. Our son developed so much during his first 10 months at ABSpectrum. We really love the Reggio-Emilia approach to ABA therapy. Sometimes ABA can be a bit too strict when it comes to targeting and reducing certain behaviors. We appreciate how ABSpectrum takes the time to understand the goals parents want to see their children achieve, and then adapts them to the childs needs in a playful way so goals become fun instead of tasks to accomplish. Our son attended a prior ABA school and we could tell he didnt enjoy walking in every morning. At ABSpectrum he truly seems happy to go to school every day.We also love the non-restraint policy. Our kiddo can become aggressive sometimes. Its extremely comforting to know that even when he is at his most difficult, ABSpectrum always protects him from himself and appreciates him as a human being. His BCBA also sets up appointments to discuss his progress as frequently as we want. We were lucky to go over data and goal progress with the BCBA at his previous school once a month. Its great to have frequent updates on how he is progressing beyond what were seeing in the home environment.Additionally, we have Medicaid as a secondary insurance provider. Until we were approved, I never realized how few places, including therapy centers, accept Medicaid. The various therapies and doctors appointments can really add up quickly. Its great that ABSpectrum is one of the few places that actually accepts Medicaid.Trust us. You wont regret enrolling your child at ABSpectrum. Weve loved it here and so has our son.

The children are closely monitoredby the staff! ABS is very clean and its a very secure place! I really love the fact that we have to have a code to get in the building and sign our child in and out each day!! I highly recommend this child friendly environment!!💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

Seems almost impossible to get information from them. We’ve been waiting close to 2 months now on a quote for services/attending. I have even tried asking just for estimates on daily and weekly visits. There’s no point in digging out all our sons paperwork, doing a tour, etc until we get pricing info. It would be a complete waste of everyones time if the pricing is out of our range. Just feels like we’re getting the run around
