My 15 year old son was in a 4 wheeler accident. His pelvis was crushed into 15 pieces. Doctor McAndrew at Barnes hospital was able to repair his pelvis miraculously and David was sent home to lay in bed or on the couch for 3 months. When he was cleared to walk it was a slow process. David wanted to start lifting weights and get fit as part of the recovery process. We went to supplement superstore in Manchester get a protein shake. I was blown away by what happened next. They encouraged David to get on the specialty scale and measure his weight body fat and muscle. The first young man to help was Alec He sat down and spent almost an hour going over Davids results and putting together a diet plan in addition to the recommended protein shakes and supplements. He even was able to recommend when David could get snacks along with his school schedule. Armed with our dIet program And new weight set David got to work. Every time we would come in David would be encouraged and the young men would take a lot of time to help David encourage his progress and make helpful suggestions. The next young man to be of help was Jeremy. He encouraged David every time he came in that he was making progress and to keep stick with it. The last time we came in David had made a full recovery from his injury was down to 15% body fat had grown an inch taller and had some powerful muscles. Today he is in the best shape of his life and looking forward to trying out for the lacrosse team! We could Have signed up at a specialty boutique for an expensive diet and exercise program and I dont think we wouldve gotten any more encouragement help and effective supplements like we did at supplement superstore. We even received thank you notes after shopping there there. One time I went into the Chesterfield supplement superstore to replace a shaker bottle and the man who worked there gave me one for free because I forgot my wallet. I really just cant say enough about this business they do a great job they sell wonderful products but above and beyond that the people are remarkable. They are helpful encouraging and kind. What they did was ask me about my goals and where i was trying to get, and then showed me different products that would help me reach my goals. explained what each product does and even what it does and what the benefits of it are. Even worked on a meal plan and hopped on the BMI scale. I am from Texas, but anytime i am near one of these stores, i will definitely be dropping by. Awesome experience.

Its always a great experience walking into my local Supplement Superstore. There are times when I am in a hurry and the employees are helpful and recognize when Im not there to chat, and at other times when Im not in a hurry, they are not only helpful, but asking questions that make for an easy talkative visit. They always have what Im looking for in stock, and receiving a card in the mail is a nice touch. It shows that the employee listened to what I have to say. Even though I might only go in once in a while, they treat me like a regular, not pushing stuff, but just being there to help or recommend items that I might like.

We were welcomed with a friendly greeting immediately upon entering the store by Jeremy. We explained it was our first time there, and a friend of ours loves Level 1. Jeremy asked us about our goals. He listened patiently, then we chatted for a few minutes. He was super friendly and showed us Level 1, and a couple other products, explaining the differences. He is full of information, he knows his stuff. He helped us decide what to start with, without being pushy. He took the time to review our daily eating habits and write a meal plan for us to follow to help with our goals. He gave us a couple samples too. It was a fun experience and we will definitely be back.

Immediately greeted upon entering. Everyone wearing masks and all customers distanced. Employees were actively wiping down high touch areas throughout the 20 minutes I was there. Worked with Jeremy who was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Told him what I my goals were and he aligned me with products that fit my needs. Never felt like he was pushing products when he was recommending things. He gave me samples of a few items I was interested in but not ready to invest in. The S2 at Manchester, MO is one that I have been to multiple times just to pick up some supplements and leave. This time, it was very quiet and I was looking to do my Body Assessment Test and pick up some more supplements for my gf and me. The store is always filled with friendly faces, and it requires a mask to get in.I was greeted and helped by Tony and Jeremy talked/helped me a lot through my visit, too. He talked me through what I needed nutritional, and also quizzed me to see what supplements I was taking to complete my supplement pyramid. He had great recommendations and was clear and concise with the path that I needed to take to get those final results I am looking for.It was a great team effort, and I look forward to working with the team more throughout my fitness journey! I went into the store to get a body scan done. Supplement Superstore had almost everything I could think of/ask for! I walked into the one in Manchester, grabbed the supplements I wanted, then Ryan Rockow helped me through a body scan and a sample meal plan on the spot, on the house!

Yesterday when i walked into the store for my first time i was greeted right away and that man helped me the entire time and helped me find exactly what kind of product i was looking for then offered me an inbody scan and told me i should come back in 3 weeks and get another one and i dont need to buy anything. He was extremely nice to me and thought my progress has been awesome and he even checked me out at the end and offered me an extra T-shirt for free.

Ive been a customer of the Manchester Supplement Superstore for the past eight months. This is the first time Ive written a review. I walked in to learn more about the products they sold and how I might benefit, being in my 50s, overweight and managing heart issues. That was the day I met Nick Tufts, the store leader, who spent copious amounts of time to listen, assess my situation and recommend solutions. Fast forward to today, and I have lost 90+ lbs., my cholesterol is in the low 100s, blood pressure is well in check and for the first time since the 1980s, I am in the BMI range for my height. I saw my cardiologist yesterday, and he was amazed at my heart health overall, counseling me that further weight loss wasnt needed. I love the Phorm products that S2 sells, and use the sustained assimilation protein (Level 1 German Chocolate Cake flavor) twice/three times per day as a meal replacement. I also use the greens, reds and collagen protein. The value is superb, but its the staff that makes the business a great place. All of them know me by first name, and whether its Jeremy, Tony, Austin, Alec or Nick, the knowledge and support they provide is always first rate. I am a real person, and Id be happy to talk to anyone who wants to know more about my experience. Just let any of the guys at the Manchester store know. I would not have been successful during these last several months without them and the Phorm products.
