Hands down the cleanest PF gym I’ve been to in the country. It does help that it’s new, but the attention to detail that the employees give to cleaning here is hospital grade. They even tilt the equipment over to vacuum and mop under each piece! I also love that it’s 3 miles from my house. Very friendly and helpful staff as well.

Love this gym. Very affordable, new equipment and if you go early, rarely busy. Evenings are a little hectic from 4-6.

This one is brand new and super clean with plenty of machines, each with their own T.V. I like their 30-minute full-body circuit too when you’re pressed for time. Staff are friendly and helpful. I switched from Lifetime, and it has been great if you can live without the pool/spa amenities.

Be very aware that you must cancel in person - no sending a letter. And it’s auto drafted, so that much harder for you to part ways. It’s a horrible and inconvenient policy, designed so they keep your business for as long as possible. Sorry I got sucked into it — hard to believe it’s even legal!

Went to my location today and it was being cleared out. Looked in my email found an email from the day before saying it was closing and my membership moved to this location. Awful customer experience. Don’t waste your money with these crooks.

Wonderful gym!! Friendly and competent staff, clean and organized environment thats huge and a great selection of machines and equipment. So happy they opened in Ballwin!!

Great place to work out. Every you need plus more to get a great work out. Nice staff and super clean environment. Excellent atmosphere and the 24/7 aspect is hard to beat. The free tanning and massages are a great bonus and certainly worth the extra free. Have not tried the RLT machine also included with black card but have heard good things. Only thing to note is they do not have any non-assisted benches.

For a place called planet fitness everyone here was pretty fat.

I LOVE this new PF. It is kept clean and the best part is it is open 25/7.Only thing I’d recommend is having a First Aid Kit or bandaids on hand. I cut my finger on a piece of equipment and was bleeding. I went to the front & they said they didn’t have any bandaids. I had to leave and cut my workout short. Other than that, this place is great.

Staff is very helpful and so kind!! Machine and Gym are always clean!!

At first I was very skeptical about joining a gym, I am very self conscious and it is easy for me to be intimidated in a gym. However, Alyssa, who was as informative as she was beautiful, gave me the best tour ever (I’ve been on a lot of tours), reassured me that I have nothing to worry about and planet fitness is a judgement free zone! Best gym and staff (especially Alyssa) I have ever encountered!

This location is fantastic! Everythings so bright and clean, and being 24/7 is a huge plus. Im happy they finally have their free fitness training back.

So glad I don’t live in St. Louis and only visited this gym because of being on vacation. It’s filled with obnoxious millennials talking on their phones and acting rude. On top of that, a staff member forced me to wear a mask while I was running on the treadmill with absolutely no one even remotely close to me. I do not have a problem with wearing a mask to protect others, but seriously I’m running full speed on the treadmill?? Sounds like a great way for me to faint and hurt myself. I’d like to point out the Omaha locations allow patrons to remove their masks while on the treadmills since they are socially distanced. Such a disappointing experience at this Planet Fitness location. I was so excited to use it this week because it’s brand new and the gym itself is extremely nice but I will not be returning.

This Planet Fitness has a fantastic staff, clean environment, and a ton of weights/equipment to offer.
