Let me start by saying this was the best experience I could have ever had. Hannah got me in that day, and I truly enjoyed every moment of the spa. From the moment I stepped in she was incredibly bubbly and helpful. The massage was great, then I get out and she’s right there checking back on me to make sure everything went smoothly. Easily the best customer service and professionalism I’ve ever experienced. Would definitely recommend coming here. Make sure to ask for Hannah!!

Therapist was not there when I arrived. She was 30 minutes late, stuck in traffic due to accident. This was not my normal therapist. Massage was just okay. The therapist have recently been changing their schedules and camcelling appointments that had been booked for weeks. Everyone there is nice, but its becoming increasingly difficult to schedule with my regular therapist. 2 of my last 4 appointments have been cancelled by Luxe and 1 had to wait 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be seen. I need maintenance massages for chronic pain issues, so I will need to find a more dependable facility.

I had Matt. He was great. Good pressure. Havent had one like that before. Left feeling incredibly relaxed.

After my first massage I decided to become a member. Matt is wonderful. He finds issues I didnt even realize were there and fixes them. Ive had about 7 massages there and every experience has been great. Whether Im his first massage of the day or his last makes no difference. Im treated as if Im all that matters in that moment and his hands never get tired! Ive seen the manager Hannah every time Ive been and she is the sweetest and most uplifting person Ive ever met. I will be a member as long as these staff members are there!

On the day of my 90 minute massage, I was informed the massage therapist was overbooked and could not accommodate (I was receiving a special for 90 min for $45). I asked if there was a shorter massage, and at a better price, for my inconvenience. After a call back, sure, I could still get an hour massage for $55. The massage was great! At payment, they proceeded to charge me $100 and were unable to provide a quick refund for the mistake of overcharging (message about the discount was not relayed??) No manager on site to rectify the situation. This was a massage scheduled simply because I’m getting married this weekend. It was stressful and irritating before and after massage, so not worth it. No follow up or call from management. Like I said the massage was great, but the customer service resolution skills and management are a joke.

In order to get a good experience you must know the style of work you enjoy the most. For a franchise style in my opinion they do a fairly good job. If you are a member you get extra little perks like discounts on the merchandise.

I had a facial service and it was great,However, after facials they (of course) recommended their product I purchased brightening cleanser and protection cream.After using several times I figured out that that brightening cream was way too expired, how could they even sell expired products???

I asked for a deep tissue massage. The guy told me some spiel about my version of a deep tissue massage and that should have been a clue, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. There was nothing deep or massage like about it. All he did was press on my body. I requested him to concentrate on my legs and he didnt even touch my upper legs. Probably the worst experience Ive had getting a massage. there was nothing beneficial about it, all it did was make me lay down for 50 minutes. Complete waste of money.

I made an appointment and they didn’t even record it. Probably the worst spa experience I’ve ever had. And i didn’t even get a massage.

I dont know why everyone is having troubles being cancelled from the program because Ive had no issues thus far. I was actually removed 6 months ago and decided to rejoin today. The only thing thats ever been a problem is that the hydroluxe is never available. Ive gotten there 15-20 minutes early and wasnt able to get in, so I tried getting there 30 minutes early and it still wasnt available! Other than that, the desk staff is always friendly and patient, and the massage therapists (Ive had appointments with 4 different people) make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. Overall, this location is great!

Dont get trapped signing up auto pay. For the auto pay amount you can get a good message anywhere on this planet.Support local small scale messieursIt is misleading. When you sign up they wont explain and ask you to initial. I am thinking of pursuing a legal action.No refunds and no credit issued if you cancel your membership. All the unused funds will be fortified.I think this company has fundamental problem and i believe it is not ethical.

Go to any other massage luxe but this one. I have had a membership for >5 years and recently moved, making this location the closed one to me. I now travel out of my way to avoid this location. They never answer the phone during working hours. When you show up, no one is at the front desk to check you in. Out of four massages Ive scheduled there, two of them were cancelled due to staffing issues. This has happened before at other locations, and theyve always had someone else cover the massage. Dont expect that service here. On one occasion, I signed up for a specialty massage, only to find out (after the massage had started) that the therapist that was assigned to me doesnt do specialty massages. This place is a joke.

Got a Christmas gift card for 2 massages. I went to get it refunded since I knew about Massage Luxe in the news. They refused to refund and told me to try Kirkwoods location.So, paid for the massage in St. Charles but send me to Kirkwood? They said it would be unlikely that I would get a refund.I refuse to patronize them and am stuck without a refund.

I went in for a special on hour and a half massages. Deep tissue was definitely not deep tissue. Very underwhelming and unimpressive.

Horrible company. They trap you with their saving money contracts, only to make it difficult to cancel them, especially if you move. I went through all the motions and they still charge my card and refuse to give me a refund.Dont waste your money here. Go to a private massage therapist, there you actually save money because they get the money towards the massage and then you dont feel you have to tip as much. Also, you dont have to sign into contracts to save money. This place is a rip-off. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Went in with gift card. Had let clerk know when scheduled via phone. Was told introductory special was $48 when I had called. Asked about adding reflexology and aromatherapy and was told would just be a little bit more. I did just get Swedish massage, but was underwhelming at best. I have only ever had 2 other massages in my life, which were not in St. Louis area, but they were both amazing. I walked out of them completely relaxed and peaceful. I am not trying to be cruel, but the therapist seemed inexperienced, especially when it came to the reflexology. I was really confused when the front staff said that he was their favorite. Whaaat? He was nice but his technique left me wondering what the heck?. So, I was completely confused and when asked how it was I just said, fine, really good... I didnt want to hurt anyones feelings, and yet here I am, completing this review. So, an hour later, and $84 less in my pocket, beyond my $35 gift card, I left thinking Ill never go back. Sorry, massage luxe, not sure what the deal was, but first impressions last forever...especially when I questioned my total and was told in a defensive tone that normally the fee would be $190. Again I say...Whaaat?
