By far the best preschool anyone could put their children in !!! My son gets the attention and knowledge he needs to reach his full potential. Staff is amazing. Constantly updates me with anything he does all day long .

Our son has been at La Petite Ballwin since he was an infant and we are very happy with the experience. He enjoys all the enriching activities, including art, music and more. He just turned three, and he will come home and practice writing letters and numbers on his chalkboard all on his own. I’m always impressed with the curriculum and how enthusiastic he is about it. He also loves his teachers, who genuinely love and care for him.

I can’t ever thank them enough for how great of care they take of my son EVERY day that he goes there. There hasn’t been one day I have had to worry, wonder, inquire etc...because they care for the kids as if they are their own. I work a seasonal career that is on call 24 hours a day , 6 days a week and on the road most days. I never have to worry about a thing the days he’s here each week (3-4 days usually). They are flexible on which days my son needs to be there as long as you tell them the Thursday before the next week begins.After touring their facility at the beginning of March this year, I will admit to tearing up on site with Alaysha (the director) because I had such a great feeling. It was such a huge weight on me trying to pick the place that worked with my career’s crazy schedule as well as my husbands IT career’s schedule. They are just great. Awesome with communication and it really shows- the bond they have with the kiddos. It’s like having another family there. Some of their teachers have been there for years which is so neat for them to see the kids grow up there. Absolutely wonderful place and are always doing fun things!

We have had our kids at La Petite schools for the past 3-4 years and have always had a great experience. When we moved to a new area this past summer and there was a La Petite nearby, we didn’t even look at other schools because we had come to trust them so much and appreciated the support and attention our kids received. The teachers always seem happy to be there and engaging with the kids.

I love LA petite academy. The teachers and staff, and directors. Everyone is always so friendly. They do such an amazing job with my little one. My daughter is even learning rockwood school curriculum. Out of all places researched for my daughter LA petite academy was the best. I even went there growing up and enjoyed it. Just a great place.

The staff is awesome and very friendly. I love the fact that all of them including the director of the school care to remember, greet every kid by his or her name.Overall we are satisfied with our choice and would recommend this center for the parents who is willing to look and kid who is excited to go to school everyday.

We are very happy at la petite. Our son started there at 18 months and is still there at almost 4. I love that the teacher turnover is low and they are very hands on. The only area for improvement I see is that at meals we wished they served fresh fruit or fresh veggies as options vs canned

My son has been going here since he was a little over a year old. He has grown and become such a smart young man and has made many great friends. The way the teachers provide a fun and interesting way to learn is great. All of the staff is very friendly and show an enormous amount of compassion for every child.

Our 2.5 year old has been going to La Petite Academy of Ballwin for just over 6 months. We have been very pleased with our time there. The directors, teachers, assistants, etc., are all wonderful and very helpful. Our son has learned a ton while being there. They do stretch & grow (kind of like gym class,) outside time, reading, circle time, arts & crafts., etc. The school has an open floor plan which is interesting and let’s the kids see the younger and older ones sometimes. They have an app that allows you too keep an eye on the kids through the day. It updates you on their meals, activities, diapers, accidents, photos and videos, and allows you to communicate with the teacher through messaging. We love La Petite!

My kiddo has been in La Petite for more than 2 years. She learned so much. Teachers are always caring and friendly. Administrative team did change not long ago, but we never had a problem communicating with them.

We have had our son at La Petite Academy on New Ballwin Road for a little over 1 year now. He has grown so much since starting there, and we have seen so many more creative learning projects and significant development from our son since starting there, opposed to his previous big-name daycare provider. I was blown away the first time I checked out their facility - it looks like an imagination wonderland! The teachers, assistant director Adam, and director Susan, have been instrumental in our sons success and our piece of mind as parents and we look forward to many more years (and hopefully children) with La Petite in the years to come!

My children have been attending La Petite for the past seven years. My daughter started at two and my son started at about 12 weeks old. They are now 9 and 7, respectively, and they attend the after school program. They love love love going there and look forward to the bus picking them up after school. The school agers program has been the greatest gift to me and my husband. The teacher, Heather, is excellent and she has really instilled good study habits along with a fun attitude towards learning. The kids get their homework completed at La Petite and still have plenty of time to play. Its a pleasure watching my children help with the younger kids and know they are at home there.

I wish I could give it more stars, but their pre-pre school curriculum is lacking. Our son still has difficulty recognizing basic letters; hence, we moved on. Most families in the area recommend this location given its religious stance. I will say the faculty is quite nice and if you consider La Petite as a pseudo-daycare, you will not be disappointed by the outcome.

If you will notice the sudden surge in positive reviews within the same time period, it is due to a contest at the school. Post a positive review and your name is entered into a drawing for a prize basket. This compelled me to leave a review when I otherwise would not have because finding the right childcare facility is so important to families and baiting them in with basically bought reviews is unfair.I had my child at this facility for just under one year. The teacher in her classroom was wonderful- very warm and loving. She treated my child like her own and my daughter learned a lot in her care. The rest of the staff, I was never impressed with. The assistant teachers have very little to possibly no experience in childcare. During pick ups and drop offs, I witnessed everything but the positive reinforcement they claim to strive for. I heard one assistant teacher (Bailey? I believe was her name) ask a preschooler, why are you being so obnoxious? My daughters teacher was never there for evening pickups, instead the students were left in the care of an assistant teacher who would be frantically trying to clean the space (an hour and a half prior to close) while shouting commands at children across the room. It was chaos on a near daily basis. The director, Alaysha, was great. She was extremely communicative and seemed to really enjoy the children. The assistant director, Katie, did not seem to enjoy her position, nor the children nearly as much. She rarely smiled and she was so impersonal. It was a huge strike against La Petite for us when she was hired as the replacement for the previous assistant director, whom was so pleasant and did such a wonderful job interacting with the children. Aside from my daughters teacher, what I remember most from our experience at La Petite was all of the chaos and the yelling from teachers and assistants. Just... so loud... all of the time. The best decision we ever made was pulling our daughter out of there.

La Petite in Ballwin, MO is an awesome school! We have been using them for childcare for two years now. I currently have a daughter in the toddler room and one in the Pre-K (4 yos). The teachers really care about my children and they are like a second family.The facility is very well maintained and safe. They always follow safety guidelines and procedures.I love that they follow a curriculum and are not just baby sitters. Both of my girls are learning so much. In the Pre-K my daughter is learning her letters (upper case and lower case), prepositional phrases, and so much more! They often dont want to leave when I go to pick them up.I would recommend them to anyone looking for safe and reliable child care for all ages.

Both of our sons have gone to LaPetite on New Ballwin. Our younger son still goes there and the older son goes there over the summer when grade school is out. Extremely happy with the experience there. Our youngest has been coming home identifying several numbers and letters they have been working on, sings songs he has learned, enjoys books they have read, and likes practicing his counting they work on at school. Staff are all friendly and great with the kids. We started going there when we lived within a mile. We have since moved and drive 5 miles, passing other daycares, because we enjoy the experience and education our children get there.
