My family and I have been going here for years. The service is excellent as are the products. A rare eye disease was diagnosed by one of the doctors. I highly recommend them.

I ordered glasses from them on 7/22 was told it would take a week and a half to obtain the glasses. I said thats perfect since Im moving far away on 8/2. I called today to find out the status. They said the glasses were in (apparently they dont call you when the glasses are ready) and I could come and get them on Thursday (theyre closed on Wednesdays - who closes on weekdays?). I said I would pay for overnight fed-ex since Im now 40 miles away. The manager refused to do that without talking to the doctor. But the doctor is away until 8/13 according to the manager. I asked if she could reach the doctor and she put me on hold for 15 minutes. Im giving them 1 star because this system wont let me post 0 stars, which is what they deserve.
