If you go please go to Shweta she is amazing I literally only let her do my eyebrows. She’s very sweet and gentle when doing eyebrow threading.

Was visiting the area and needed to get my eyebrows done. The service was fantastic. My brows were done beautifully and I barely felt any pain. I was amazed because Ive been getting my brows threaded for years, this was one of the gentlest experiences I had. And my brows looked great! In case you were thinking I didnt have much hair, think again. My brows were completely messy.

Do you not go to the Baldwin location I was robbed by the worker named Tamara. She fooled me into prepaying my next threading appointment because apparently there was a minimum on the card so when I came back three weeks later she refused to do that for me. And to top it off when she swiped my card she didn’t even give it back to me I went all the way home and realized this lady tried to keep my card. Worst customer service ever. The Freeport location is much better but I will no longer give this company my business after they stole money from me. I hope Tamara gets fired.

Just came back from getting my eyebrows done here. The older lady was really nice. She asked me what I wanted and allowed me to show her what I wanted off before she took it off. There is a 15 dollar min on credit cards.

SHE TOOK OFF 1/2 MY EYEBROWS! despite me telling the girl.. Just a clean up and to maintain the same shape she proceeded to do what she wanted to do. I felt her removing more hair than usual but thought it was my imagination. When I looked at myself in the mirror I was horrified. MY thick EYEBROWS were merely two skinny rainbows. I hate this place and will never ever return. Ive been here twice and different ladies did them each time.. same result. Better of going to white lily in rvc.

She has no idea what she is doing. I got the hell out of that chair...hate what she did😡...will never go to that one again! I went July 19th at around 5pm. I asked her to shape my eyebrows thinner because thats how I like them...her response was ...most ppl like them thicker but Ill try...Im nervous. My first concern. The shop in Freeport always knew exactly what to do. So she shapes the first eyebrow not to my liking...I realize she doesnt really know what shes doing so I simply say ok for fear of looking crazy until they grow out. Second eyebrow..her comment...this one is thinner. Me: yes I know...again Freeport never had a problem. I realized I had made a bad decision going there so when she did whatever she did and gave me the mirror and it was confirmed I still had 2 bushy eyebrows I quickly nodded my head and got up. I reluctantly gave her 8 dollars and left. Worse experience ever.

Did not hurt as much as my usual place, charged less, was very quick, I didn’t tear up because it did not hurt that much and came out really good. I recommend.
