Very disappointed that the this dental office trys to get the most money out of our insurance and do not try to service us with the services that they provide the billing lady doesnt request services from medical that are actually covered she just to try to make more money then providing services that I need they waited for a denial from medical about parcels I need they dont want to request what is actually available for me at there office they said that Id have to wait an HR just to ask the dentist a question they were very un professional and Im upset I have about 5 family members that have been going there for years and I was treated like I didnt matter when I want to ask about what partials that were available through medical it seems that the more expensive treatment is all they want to get I got a root canal and it was not done inproperly and Im in pain i feels like there is not enough filling in my tooth it hurts when anything hits it and now I feel like if I go back Ill be treated differently and not as a patient I will be filing a complaint with the dental board this week in regards to Dr Robles for a few thing and because he would not take a minute to speak to me about my treatment they said they dont do other partials only the expensive ones not the ones covered by Medi-Cal but I think thats untrue I didnt get a chance to ask the doctor so Im not sure. I would like for dr. Robles to call me because there are some concerns that I have in regards to the last visit that I had he heard me say that I was going to file a complaint against him and he still disregard my request to speak to him the billing lady was loud and rude and the Dr did nothing to see what my concern was I hope he calls me I will be letting all my members of my family about his behavior along with his receptionist and billing lady maybe he will loose 6 patience Im angry that they treated me with disregard

Everyone in the office was very friendly and professional. As someone who gets nervous and the dentist I felt comfortable and at ease here. The person who took my x-rays made me feel very comfortable. The dentist was very informative and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

I first found Robles about 7 years ago. Loved the friendly team. Since then, Ive been extremely disappointed with their staff. Both over the phone and in person. It feels as if I am bothering them. They are short with their interactions on the verge of being rude. I used to feel a welcome and friendly atmosphere. Now, they are barely friendly. This is sad because Dr. Robles and his son, are great dentists, but Im considering a new office due to the lack of professional courtesy from both front and back office staff. As an example, at the end of my visit, I was told that the front desk would help me-this is normal for the end of any visit. I went to the front desk and waited for a bit. The lady seened busy so I figured shed tend to be when she was done. I guess I made some noise that got her attention. She asked me if I needed something. When I explain that I was directed to see her, she merely waived me iff saying she didnt need me. Just wow. I have a crown pending authorization, but not sure I want to go back.

From the moment I spoke to the receptionist I got a good vibe about them .they were really helpful in all the questions I had ,and they gave very good responses. Im not one to review but I was shocked to read a bad review on this amazing office. A dental practice doesn’t get better than this for sure!! The young man and young woman in the back are both really attentive and make sure you are always comfortable. Dr.Robles is a kind soul and you can tell he is extremely passionate in what he does and treats all patients like family. I have personally witnessed throughout the years patients trying to lowball him which is baffling when his prices never change and are really low. People forget THIS IS YOUR MOUTH HE is working on!! You aren’t at an auction. The Biller does an amazing job in getting your work authorized and makes sure you don’t stress about it. My entire family and even neighbors have been attending for about 20years. Thank you Dr.Robles and staff!!

Dr Robles is great. He takes the time to explain what problem the patient is having and then he gives his recommendations. He does not try to do unnecessary work. He is honest and his team is great.
