If you want to talk on the phone for 2 minutes or even receive a call about pending info this is not the affice this is awful, hire me strictly to answer call email me foremost I bet I get the job done

Worst front desk people ever doctors are amazing but front desk people will get everything WRONG ! they never listen and on top of that when it comes to financial services they are the worst ! They will make excuses about your payment methods and not even give you the right bill ! Even if insurance covers all of it ! And don’t get me started on appointments they never schedule people for the right appointment! I’m sorry but this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had! THEY HAVE MAJOR ATTITUDE ISSUES .

This is my 1st time here, I usually go to the MLK one. The receptionist at the front is VERY rude with an attitude that’s very unacceptable for a first impression of a clinic! I asked her to repeat a statement she made because I could not hear her (due to her mask)and she looked at me like I was crazy and threw her hand up as if she was not going to repeat herself. However, Once I got to the back to be seen, the nurse, she was so sweet and welcoming and Dr. Marshall was hands down informative and listened to my concerns! The face of your business means ALOT! The back staff all were nice, sweet, and patient-friendly! But because I met her 1st, my 1st impression is a 1 star! Zero if I could. The other employees all were a FIVE without a doubt!

Love Tameka she was amazing with my daughter very attentive! Dr. Marshall was awesome as well! They got us in and out in a timely manner and was very polite!

Great family practice, with my personal preference being our Doc, Lyndsey Martin-Engle. Very sweet and in the same instance, very professional.

Customer service sucks at this place I called just to ask 2 simple questions got hung up on 3 times before the Receptionist finally answered and with an attitude I asked her what are your hours ? She said uh no you have to make an appointment.. I reminded her that I simply called for the hours anyway the phone call alone changed my mind about using this location and now reading the other reviews I’m glad I didn’t .. suggestion :if you are unhappy with your job please leave and let someone who would be happy to have a job do their job!

This office need better phone service. You have to go through too much to reach someone there. Other than that, the personnel and doctors are great. There are no long waits.

They never answer the phone! Ive been calling all day for 2 days! No answer! I guess it just means I wont like this place, their service.

The staff here are great the phone service is very poor it takes several days sometimes week for doc to return calls or follow upSo I give them a three star....

This office is horrible!!!! Seriously needs to be shut down!!! They made me wait over an hour for my appointment just to tell me that they couldn’t even see me because the apparently don’t have an ob there. But my insurance set me an appointment with them specifically for an ob appointment so if they didn’t have one they should not have scheduled my appointment. Also when trying to figure things out (they are very incompetent staff - spent more time talking and laughing than they did helping me, the patient) one of the receptionists actually yelled at me through the window across the waiting room “are you pregnant or did you already have a baby?!” TOTAL HIPPA VIOLATION!!!! Do NOT I repeat, do NOT go to this “health center” if you value your privacy or your time!! This place WILL BE SHUT DOWN if I can have any impact when I call hippa and report their violation and disorganization!!!!!! Horrible horrible place!!!!!!!

I use to love this office, but only because of Dr. Julio but unfortunately his no longer there. I went to have my son seen because he was coughing and sneezing. I called in the morning to schedule him an appointment to be seen and was told that the Dr was in meetings in the morning and will not be seeing patients till after 2pm that I can go in as a walkin. So i arrived at 2pm and was told that i will need to wait to see if the 2:30 patient will no show, so I waited. Once it was 3pm i asked the front desk if my son was going to be seen and she said that the patients did arrived and that she didnt think they could fit him in. So I asked her to ask the Dr. She left to go to the back and returned back saying NO they cant fit him in. So I went to an urgent care clinic were I was told that my son had an ear infection and nasal congestion! Let just say after this last experience with Foremost I am on the seach for a new pediatric clinic.

Has gone from good to horrible, front staff doesnt know what they are doing, call center people are like robots they dont listen..Nurses dont return prescription calls. I am in th ed process of switching

Called them last month in the 10 oclock morning hour, twice, both times with no answer. Today, called them three times beginning at 12:45 pm, and all three times, I got hold music for three and a half minutes each before getting hung up upon. Patient- centered care? Not so much.

This is the best clinic, anyway great people great place to get care😊

I was trying to call and set an appointment and was on hold for 15 minutes. I handed the phone to my girlfriend for a brief moment and when the rude woman answered she said i had to be the one to call and set the appointment and placed us back on hold for 30 minutes. She wouldnt even wait her her to hand me the phone.

Terrible place they dont do there job right the receptionist are rude and and not respectful of your time or what you got to do we have been back and forth for two days to get records for our son they had since 12pm yesteday to print out them and its 9:19 am the next day and we still are waiting just for a print out

They hardly dont have pedetrician when you need them.
