I cant explain the dignity I was shown when I went into the office. I walked in in tears due to embarrassing work that another dentist had done. But I wasnt there for that, Dr. Martinez, I think, was gracious and understanding of my tears. He reassured me that all would be ok and came up with a plan and fixed what the other Dr had fixed and made me look and feel human again. I CANT THANK YALL ENOUGH.

Awesome dentists and staff. I visited from Houston and I will keep going back regardless of the four hour drive. Ive been to many dental clinics and here, they are by far the kindest, most honest and helpful Ive ever experienced.

You will not regret going to this clinic. They have the most professional staff and their doctors are amazing. Their prices for different procedures are reasonable and affordable. I will definitely recommend to this place to my family and friends.

I had my surgery on June 4th 2021, which consisted of full mouth extractions and 6 implants. I had 4 people in the room with me who are : Savannah, Dr Ladak, Dr. Khaushik and Alex.They were HANDS DOWN the best I could have asked for. They made sure at all times that I was ok and in no pain and that my anxiety was under control (severe phobia of dentist).I am now almost 2 weeks post surgery and I have not had ANY pain. NONE. Again, they are amazing!!The other ladies I have encountered there have been super sweet as well and never judge or treat you any less. I am not done with my process yet, but I am beyond thankful to be going thru this journey with this office and staff. I already have a smile I show off constantly now and cant wait for the end result!!

I had applied and was approved for a dental grant. I have dental insurance which I was going to use in conjunction with the grant. The dentist called me by the wrong name several times even after I corrected him politely. When it came time to discuss the financial part of which my part was substantial I couldn’t get an itemized breakdown I just kept getting told told don’t worry about it that’s grant prices. So, not only does the dentist not know my name but, I don’t get to know what I’m expected to pay for. No thanks.

I am beyond please the doctor, staff and front office and would recommend this location to anyone looking for new dentist.

Don’t let the appearance of their surroundings fool you. Once inside the dental office you are treated with the most respect. Front staff has excellent customer service they make you feel welcome and ease your nerves. I am deadly afraid of dentist and all of the staff made me feel heard and were patience with my phobia. I had very little pain. Doctors and dental assistants went beyond to make me feel comfortable. I recommend and will be coming back!

Very professional and caring staff! I would recommend this dental office to many others. No long wait time at all. I drove over 20 mins just to go to this dentist office and it was well worth it.

Just to start off with a little background. I’m terrified of the dentist. I went 40 years ago and had a horrible experience which scared me to death. I tried to go again 6 years ago and had another horrible experience. I was scared to go this time too but I am about to lose my front teeth so I thought I would give it another go. When I got there, everyone was so understanding of my fears. They took extra care to make sure I was at ease and understood everything they were about to do. Dr Kaushik was amazing. He made me relax and told me step by step what I needed to have done. I expressed my fears of needles and pain and he assured me he would make sure I was comfortable and wouldn’t feel a thing. I love him!!! The girls at the front desk worked with me and my daughter to schedule our next appointment, answer questions and work out our payments. This office is amazing. I highly recommend them!

I was scared to use a new dentist but this dental office went above and beyond for my appointment. The dentist Dr Kaushik is very thorough when explaining what you need done and why. The front office went above and beyond to get me financed to get all the work I need done accomplished. They stayed after closing to finish and the dentist even examined me again when I wanted to argue that I Thought I had more cavities than he said. Lol super great guy awesome staff would definitely recommend!

Zero stars if I had the choice. Dr. Kaushik has had me under his care since February of 2018. Ashley charged me a high interest debt due immediately without any work done. I have had to chase his practice from Pristine Smiles, Asana, Divinity, and now Brightway Dental. He is an amazing dentist if you can get ahold of him. The likes of which I have been trying to do since 2018. Dr. Daniels ofBrightway told me he had only had 2 complaints in his career, and when I told him of my experience he would make it right. He promised me a call by that Friday. Dr. Daniels, I am still waiting for you to make it right? I thought you were the professional that would make things right. I have been to emergency care for headaches, had dental assistants (Lady) perform adjustments on my teeth, and have been insulted by the staff continually. Do not go here. I am about to pay a professional to have $6,000 of his work redone because he cant and wont respond to a phone call. I think I sum it up when I say his last office manager told me that the only thing I can do is take legal recourse. Of course you cannot. No attorney is going to take a $20,000 case. Also, they let people in and wait without wearing a mask.

I started this process a few months back..The entire staff at Brightway is outstanding in all their jobs..front the front desk to all of the dental assistants to dr Daniels..iam so so pleased how this all turned out.just to be able to eat again is awesome.but its priceless to be able to smile again.i wont to thank as i call him dr D..what a awesome dentist he is..he makes it easy because he makes you fill like family..a heart felt thanks to everyone at brightway for making this Texan smile again...#THIS NEW GRILL BE ROCKING!

Was not satisfied with the dentures which where crooked misaligned bottom dentures, had to go to affordable dentures and pay for new dentures. Do not recommend.
