Staff going around and having conversations with the customers. Equipment is always clean and they also have wipes to clean what you used when your finish. They have a lot of machines and weights. The prices are not expensive. They also play really good music.

Great customer service and clean gym! Only thing missing is a suana. Only $11 month compared to $70 month with inshape. Great affordable price for a nice/ clean gym!

Other than this place being ridiculously busy all the time, I like it! I love the classes I could take. The personal trainers are awesome, especially Stephanie! She is so motivating! She makes a point to get to know the people she works with and I think that’s what makes her stand out!

Sweet and nice on sign up, but once you are signed up they are rude and un-attentive.Upon sign up wasnt informed it was a contract.I wouldnt recommend this gym to anyone.

I had a membership for about a year (also got my wife a membership and payed for personal trainer classes 3 times a week for over 50% of the year ) this place started amazing but then it seemed to get worse and worse ... no1 cleaning equipment and nothing done when you tell the staffi have actually never seen the staff leave the front desk for more then a few minuets ( if i where to give advice about this place i would say look around for about 30min on your first free day and see if people are cleaning and also touch different equipment to see if want this quality for your money ) i changed gyms and i do pay more but honest i dont have to clean others sweat from equipment in-between using it so its worth it for me

Its a great place to start but a little too pricy for me. Its not bad at all monthly. Its only $9.95. The start to me was expensive though.

The manager did not honor the agreed upon $10 per month membership (with Bryce, an associate team member on staff) with no start-up fee, no annual fee, and no cancelation fees (if I relocate to an area with there is no Crunch Fitness Center within 25-mile radius).

Its a great place to work out just a little too pricy. I will probably take action in it in the future once I get my own place close by it.

Tried canceling my memberships since October 2020. Money is still coming out of my bank account regardless of my calls and emails. They owe me $60.00 at least. Nobody responds to my requests. Nice staff but horrible management! Think twice before you give them your bank info as they squander money from you. Join planet fitness instead.

This is the best gym Ive ever joined. The staff is super helpful,energetic, and kind! Definitely will never go anywhere else :) great music ,great environment, the equipment, massage beds and tanning beds are all in good condition, bathrooms are super clean,the gym itself is clean, and they have great prices for what they offer! I also love that you can sign up on a month to month basis with no contracts. If youre looking to be in a good environment for your workout journey I highly reccomend this gym. One thing I hop they add in the future is a pool! 🤩

Crunch fitness

Good gym but I personally feel it is pretty disgusting seeing the employees outside in the front smoking and smelling like cigarettes all day. Not a healthy look.

Early morning works best for me, all the machines are clean and ready, sanitation supplies are there to utilize, Trevor is bright eyed and receptive to my questions, music was good 🌞

I would like to thank Jason & his staff for all their help & answering questions. This gym is awesome. You can really get a great workout here. They have all new state of the art weight equipment. This place is clean & really kept up. The membership for this gym are really reasonable, compared to other gyms in Bakersfield. The staff here is awesome & caring for your needs!

Nice and clean.

I had signed up before the gym opened then moved so I had canceled my membership before my first payment was due. Then I charge went through on my account. I then canceled again this time through email as I was advised. Then again my account was charged. Both times putting my account in negative with overdraft fees because I only use my account to pay bills and these payments were not suppose to go through. I again spike to another manager that said he this time has my membership closed and issued a refund. Was told can take up to 7 days. After a week no refund had come in so I called again and the manager said it was never submitted and would submit again here we are a week later with no refund. So now again I had emailed and called with still no luck. In all this has cost me $90 plus $50 in overdraft fees that I will not get back. Im only asking for the money that has been taken out. I have been very nice and patient with no luck. So maybe my indecent is a isolated one and the place is a wonderful place just be aware when canceling and make sure it is cancel or you will end up in my shoes.

The hours are wrong here. They open 4AM-11PM Monday-Thursday, 4AM-9PM Friday, 7AM-7PM on Saturday and Sunday. I wish they would open 24 hours or at least keep the 4AM-11PM schedule 7 days a week.

I’ve tried canceling for months now and I’ve went to their office twice and say they don’t have the power to cancel my membership. They gave me an email to contact and I did but it’s been 2 months and they still haven’t contacted me. They put my account on pause for about 3 months but they took $10 while it was on pause. I’ve also called many times and they give me the same response every time.

The gym itself is nice, and not usually crowded. The issue I take I take is how they do business. I signed up in between moving houses, so I needed a gym for a couple months at most. After two months I had found a house, so I went into the club to cancel my membership. Upon speaking to the employee on the floor, he informed me that there are no managers available during the weekend - only that they are available during business days, which was extremely inconvenient for me at the time. The employee gives me an email address where I can cancel my membership. I email the address and get a response back, I cant cancel within ten days of renewing. OK, I dont take issue with that since thats just how contracts go. I requested to be taken off the premium plan, and to be put on the standard $10 plan which the employee that signed me up for told me I could at any time. So the final installment comes around, and not only is it the premium charge of $34.95 (for a month I didnt even use), theyve also charged me $49 which I assume is the annual fee (again I used the gym for 2 months) - but no one will call or email me back to tell me what it is. Its disappointing to be treated this way from a gym I otherwise had a good experience with.

I absolutely love this gym

I joined in March and I loved it. However back in September the classes for the people at 5am are non existent. I am disappointed because I loved the classes. It is hard to work out on your own without guidance. I cannot afford a personal trainer. I know that a Planet Fitness is opening up around the corner from me so we will see what they offer for people like me . Hmmmm

As of now, gym still does not get congested enough to where you hate working out. Dont like pointing fingers but some gyms (in-shape) did that to me. Love this gym, recently (2mo ago) joined and love it. Havent taken classes but did get the free training session with German, awesome dude. Gym is genuinely legit.

I was going to give the gym four stars, but they have wonderful massage chairs.

Not to crowded. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.Its a little hard to concentrate, the music in the fitness dance room powers over the other music and headphones. I still give it a five. Awesome place

Best gym Ive been to it beats any YMCA Ive had a membership to, it isnt the biggest gym but it is the cleanest out of them all. Sheldon keeps that place looking sharp and all of the staff are as good as they come 5 stars in my book.

Tried cancelling my membership, yet the manager, Dan, who told me to come in was too busy to talk with me and never returned my phone call. Tried working with the billing department online, but still continue to get charged for a membership I have not used in close to a year. Very unprofessional and will continue to charge you even when you asked for your membership to be cancelled / put on hold. Charge an additional $60 a year for a maintenance fee even when you’re on a month to month agreement.

Literally just called 11/04/19 @ 2:14 don’t know who answered the phone but I literally asked the guy something and he would say something and them completely stop and talk to someone else and I kept saying hello & he would talk back then again would stop so I just hung up. Could’ve atleast told me to hold on. So unprofessional.

Theyll work with you on signup fees and they have a clean facility that isnt too busy. Tanning beds, water massage and a cool 360 degree body measurement thing so you know when youre losing fat, even if you gain muscle weight.

Its nice and clean they have a good amount of equipment to work out and classes look like they work you out i usually run for 30 mins and do some weights I only have a month its nice I like it👍
