LifeCare Solutions has a billing dept that is very unprofessional! The bill is constantly in question. I call several times to fix a situation and it remains the same! I do not like dealing with these unprofessional people
Customer service has not been very good. In short Ive been told information has been faxed to my insurance company and it hasnt. (TWICE!). If LifeCare does not get a response they do not follow through. I have called too many times and waited on hold way too long to get anything resolved.
They have never followed through at any time. Then trying to call the local store is a story in itself!
They never followed through...not once did they check on me...
It was easy, it came right up
With a billing question, I was on hold for 20 min, no way to run a business.
